scheduling Is terrible, I had to call 3 times after passing their 8-12 schedule and still was getting Run around. These people think we have nothing to do and can seat home all day and wait for them, I hired a Company to service my house and I as a employer expecting quality, service, communication... This message is in response to Chrissy. She is the absolute worst when it comes to customer service. People like her should not be allowed to interact with customers who have issues with service. No one with that attitude who NEVER calls customers back after leaving messages. I have dealt with this person a few times and EVERY time is the same. I do not wish to do business with this company every again and I hope no one else will either.

With family coming over for the Christmas Eve Holiday, I reached out to my home warranty company 1 week prior to. They assigned Wicker plumbing.
My guest bathroom (working fine) toilet needed to be re anchored, A Tech came out and never discussed options with spouse or myself other than a voice message on the cost for repair. Said he needed to break concrete? This was after he disabled the toilet. Very overpriced repair cost. Went the next four days thru Christmas with no guest bathroom. Repairs in no way required breaking concrete. Over diagnosed and overpriced. Cost for repair was 1/7 of the price the tech quoted. Well over a grand. Watch em.

Where do I begin. So when you buy new home comes with obviously a home warranty .
So through AHS I need the jets on my spa bath to work. Out comes WP. All well and good. I need this that and the other. Ok ahead a few weeks . They come back put stuff in but have been sent the wrong compression fitting.
Well at the time of writing this ,it's been over three months. Every time I call it's the same answer. " they keep sending the wrong part"
My question is how many times can one company send the wrong part ???
I've asked them to send me the info what is needed and I'll find it.. but then again they could be sending the wrong info to suppliers.
Anyway this will be continued.

Excellent service from Jeremy with Wicker Plumbing. They coordinated with my schedule and were prompt. Jeremy knew exactly what he was doing! He diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly! Definitely recommend Jeremy!!

They knew what they were doing and weren't trying to overcharge you for the work done. I think their price is fair and the work done was great. I had a water softener installed and they did it in a timely and efficient timeframe.

Wicker plumbing is the ONLY company I'll use. Scotty and Troy do such a wonderful job. They are excellent at plumbing and at the same time very respectful of your home!
