I was very happy with the service we received, they were able to come out earlier than our scheduled time (which was great, as it was an emergency) and they were sure to call ahead just to make sure that we would be available for the earlier time. The issue was well explained to us, he explained how to prevent our issue in the future and even went into detail to explain what he fixed and broke down the charges for us. He was also reasonable priced and very professional. Wicked Plumbing will be our go to for any plumbing needs moving forward.

roots clogged pipes and toilet problem. came fast , estimate same as other 2 calls made and 1 in person estimate. friendly and gave us plenty of information. even replaced guts which we did not originally ask for. any problems in the future we will definitely be calling wicked plumbers.

We had Nick out about a year and a half ago to fix an emergency water valve issue to our washing machine. They get a star for being able to come out quickly and having a professional vibe.

The price was STEEP, but we were in a tough spot and had to do it. Here we are 1 year and 8 months later and the washing machine water valve and pipe is ALREADY LEAKING AGAIN. When I called, Nick notified me that his work is only guaranteed for 1 year and that I would need to pay for him to even come take a look (at his own work!). I had another plumber out today who confirmed it was the valve/pipe leaking and it would need to be re-done.

Its disappointing to know that 1) the work didn't last and 2) he wasn't willing to even cover the cost to look at his own work.

Stopped having hot water on a Monday evening. Called Tuesday morning, and Nick was here by the afternoon with options and a quote for each. Needed a new hot water tank and by Wednesday evening it was all set. Cannot recommend more!! Affordable, honest and reliable!!

Called for a second opinion on a leak in the basement. Nick came within the hour and quickly was able to diagnose the problem. Previously quoted that we may need to dig up the floors. Nick came to our home to fix our shower. He unclogged the drain, put in new pipping (replacing the copper for pvc) and replaced the entire shower mechanism. He took only a few hours, super friendly and now we finally have a working shower! Great company! Thanks again Nick!
