Clay C.I called in asking to speak to someone about a tankless water heater. I had to call 3 times before i finally got to speak to a technician (I needed 3 minutes of his time). They scheduled an appointment for 3 days later in the AM, but did not call me to let me know what time. I called them that morning and they reassured me they would call me back to let me know what time. At 3:10 I have decided they don't need my business. I feel like the communication between the office and the employees is nearly non existent. This is a fair review of this company. I would encourage other people to find a company that is willing to #1 communicates better, and #2 do what they say they are going to do.
