Another crisis averted due to the fabulous work of David and his son! I was living in a place that hadn't been tended to in many years. In 2023 Whyte Plumbing fixed another leak under the bathroom sink and in 2024 a dripping shower faucet. You can count on Whyte Plumbing to be on time, professional and also fun to talk to! Outstanding service. Dave and Dan came out to our home to service our hot water heater as well as address some issues in the kitchen. We have a very high quality (but older) kitchen faucet that was leaking and parts were no longer available. Most people would have just told us to replace it (which would have also been more profitable for them), but Dave took it apart and didn't stop until he'd managed to fix the issue. They also recommended a few other very low cost preventative maintenance things that we were glad to have them do. Great work, and done with the type of care, fairness and integrity that is such a treasure to find. It was a pleasure to have them in our home - and we also learned a lot too from their patient and clear explanations of things. Highly recommended!

Panic set in. It was 9 pm, and i had a flood in the kitchen cause the washing machine was not draining and i had no hot water, or any water coming out of the pipes. My brother, a businessman, who also is a licensed contractor who lives 700 miles away, offered to call a friend of his. David Whyte. Whyte Plumbing remodeled and changed my house pipes in my last home. He took the bathroom from 1957 to 2010.
So my brother called him, and Whyte Plumbing, who is a professional witness and Plummer for various lawsuits and buildings that are owned by the city, state, and federal government. I recently had paid another Plummer that was recommended by my washing machine repair three times to fix the washing machine drain. Each time the bozo, told me it was 24 hrs after the Warranty. No receipts were ever given to me.

Whyte Plumbing was different. He did not use a plunger, to fix the issue. No David and his assistant Plummer, brought in an electrical large item and cleaned the pipes from outside. I felt the entire house shake while it was cleaning out the clogs. The day before David and his assistant Plummer updated and repaired the continuous water heater. I was not aware that it needed to be cleaned out and the filter had to be changed every year. Both of these large repair jobs were not inexpensive, but they were done properly.. The two Plummers worked during two of the worse thunderstorms that we had that week. Since they were mostly outside, i was not aware of how bad it was until they knocked on the door for payment.

Would i use them again?? Yes, remodelled a bathroom and changed the drain pipes in one one. Then cleaned out the drains and updated and fixed the continuous hot water supplier. Now i have other major jobs. Change out one of the toilets to make it taller, etc.

Whyte Plumbing charges for the initial calls but many issues are fixed under the same cost umbrella. Which makes it done quicker. So while others are coming out to estimate, Whyte Plumbing is coming out to FIX the issue. Plus they give you a detailed receipt on the spot. Thank you

Being a licensed contractor myself, there is a certain expectation when hiring a contractor to do work. David goes above and beyond those expectations. His knowledge and response time is fantastic. He is very reasonably priced. I have been using him for years and highly recommend him!

Mr. Whyte and his son were amazing. I was referred to him by a friend that knew firsthand of his work. I had a leak in the house and before any work was done he spent a good amount of time on the phone to educate me on what was happening and what needed to get done. Once you speak with him you realize that he has mastered his craft and there's not many better at what they do. It was obvious and apparent that he knew what the problem was and how to fix it and was able to address other issues along the way. He is clean, prompt and well versed. Our family is truly thankful for the introduction. Highly recommend.

We really appreciated David coming to help with our toilet and also discovering the pressure regulator was malfunctioning. David is very professional, thorough, honest and knowledgeable. He was able to fix everything quickly and even came back later in the day to check his work and make sure everything was functioning properly. I hired David and Dan to install a new gas shut off valve for our stove. They showed up on time and completed the job in just a few minutes. They were friendly and efficient and explained everything in detail to me as they installed the new valve. David also inspected the dishwasher and garbage disposal drain connections, making some helpful suggestions in the process.
I highly recommend Whyte plumbing. I plan to have them return and install an emergency shut off valve for the gas line.
They are very professional and a pleasure to work with!
