Super responsive on short notice, and offered their website discount when I said another vendor was coming to provide a quote. Made short work of the valve replacement that frustrated me when I attempted to do it myself.

Decided to post this review after discovering the shower wall on the walk-in shower they installed was half unglued on the back panel and that there was no grout around the shower wall paneling and the shower base so water running down the wall was going under shower base. The floor replacement turned out not include putting the tile just the sub-floor. they then installed the toilet on the sub-floor which meant no grouting was installed around the toilet or the shower base to floor seam. They did clean up almost all the trash when done with the except of the biggest piece the old bathtub that was removed. It was left for some reason.

WHRP put in a gas line. The quote included pulling a permit, which was an additional fee. Permits are recorded prior to beginning the work...It was never pulled. Now he is making excuses as to why he won't get me the permit. In the last month he told me numerous times that he did submit the permit and plans but when I called the city permit office, they assured me it was never submitted. Lots of lies, excuses and unprofessionalism. Be aware.

Needed help with a walk-in tub, called around and a personable young man showed up from this company... He looked at the tub and quoted $334 for the job. He glued some hoses in the tub's jets and said they needed to dry, and he would swing by tomorrow to make sure they were attached properly. It only took him a few minutes and I thought it was pricey, but I agreed to the quote, so I paid him... I thought it was odd he insisted on a personal check, but I paid him. That was May 3rd, 2022
I am still waiting for that creep to show up, I called and left 3 messages...
The glue did not work, I wasted $334 on these people and then had to call a REAL plumber to do the job for us.

Apparently, these unscrupulous people pray on women and seniors!
I wish I had taken the time to read about them before hiring them

We needed 2 toilets put in and their price was reasonable and they came referred. The plumber who came told me we needed a part and it would be $300 extra. He never mentioned this to my husband. When I told me husband, after he already put the part in, my husband said it was a $27 part. I called their office to let them know I wasn't happy, twice, and no one ever returned my call. I prefer businesses that don't prey on women.

Went thru a couple estimates with for a water heater for my aunt, WHRP took care of us with a fair price. These guys are fast!

Kyle showed up and REPAIRED my water heater when everyone else said it couldn't be done and wanted to charge me $1500+ to replace it. When he inspected it he knew exactly what the issue was and said that the water heater looked like it was in great shape and didn't know why anyone would want to replace it, he even gave me a year warranty on it. Well we're almost 3 months later and he's proved to be 100% correct as the water heater is working great!

...shame to those other guys that told me it wouldn't last a month. If anyone tries to tell you to replace it call Kyle and see if he can fix it...or better yet call Kyle first and avoid all the hassle.
