Very professional. Communication was seamless & timely. The staff that came to my home to clean, did a fantastic job. I'm having them come on a bi-weekly basis and i'm more than satisfied with their work! I'd recommend their services.

Beware. As of June 2019 if you book through Amazon Home Services you might get these guys. First cancelled an appointment less than 24hrs before it was scheduled. Then rescheduled and showed up two hours late. Once arrived they didn't do half of what was required of them per the scope of Amazon's deep cleaning description (e.g. dust windowsills, wash windows, wipe down cabinets and appliances.) When they vacuumed they didn't move furniture, and when the ""mopped"" they simply splashed Pinesol (not mixed with water) on the floor and wiped it up. They were done with a 3hr service is 2.5hrs and my only surprise is that it took them that long to do so little.

These company was booked through Amazon Home Services. Cancelled day of appointment due to ""car troubles"" or an accident or whatever. I live in the city (Chicago) and these guys are based in the Western suburbs. Why would they accept jobs in the city. So annoying. You can't could on these people, that's for sure.

I scheduled a 3 hour cleaning from this company through Amazon. After booking, I was contacted to change from my time slot because they had double booked, which we could not do.

The day of the service, I got a call 40 minutes after they were supposed to arrive, saying that they had a flat and were nowhere near my home. Looks like they went with the other booking. Not sure if they didn't let me know of the issue right away, they were running incredibly late incredibly far from my house, or were never planning on arriving.

Will not use this company again, nor will I trust Amazon home services.

I had Whole House Cleaning come to my home before Christmas for a 8hr deep cleaning and paid extra for the stove and refrigerator to be cleaned since I was hosting. I found them on Amazon, Claudia came with another person. I was not home at the time and could not do a walk through. Unfortunately when I came home later in the day I saw what a horrible job was done. I took pictures and called them later in the day after I cleaned up after them. I had no time to wait because I worked the following two days before Christmas. The owner after seeing the pictures and talking with Claudia agreed that it was a poor job but said he could not give a refund because it was ordered through Amazon but could have his crew come back at a reduced rate when I was there to clean and do whatever I wanted for 3 hrs. So I had them come back and they sent two people again and cleaned for 1.5hrs (my 3hrs was based per cleaning lady). Another horrible rushed job! I took pictures again and tried calling the owner and Claudia and have not heard from either. DO NOT LET THEM IN YOUR HOME! Its as if they have no clue what ""cleaning"" means or how to do it. YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR MONEY! Absolutely horrible job! NEVER AGAIN!! CROOKS!!
