Shelly, the owner screamed at me on the phone. She was mean and rude for no reason. We asked her plumbers to unclog the sink, they took a week to show up. Then didn't unclog the sink. She insisted I needed to replace my leech field without opening my septic. I asked her if I could make payments to empty the septic and she said no we have been going to your house for too many years! She told my tenants they could go against my contract with them because she's an expert. I went on Facebook to find another plumber and she attacked me personally on the local group. She is really out of control and angry for no reason.

Excellent, helpful, knowledgeable, local Willow Creek business. Expertly installed urgently needed hot water heater and a big blue filter. Discussed our other water issues with the owner and love that his recommendation was to keep what we have and do nothing more. On a fun note, they also installed my new outdoor shower! Local installation and local maintenance--just what we need!

Whitson's did some work out here for our landlord and a water pump .... their work is sub par, looks like kids did the job, they won't return phone calls and they made the problem even worse
