AHS assigned this company to come over and fix my electrical problem (my circuit breaker switch to the AC was tripping). A technician (I will call him that) came in and switched my AC circuit breaker with my dryer circuit, then switched them back. The technician then stated that if this did not work, then it would become an AC problem. In order for this to stay on the same ticket, AHS needed to get the report from Whitney T Holdings, LLC. in order to keep it on the same ticket. Getting a message through to this company is almost impossible! They simply do not answer the phone, nor send information to you. I did actually get through to someone, who supposedly sent the message to the technician. It is going on day three and nobody has contacted AHS. Because of this I am having to contact my own AC company (the one's who originally installed the AC) to come trouble shoot the problem. I have since cancelled my AHS and STRONGLY advise anyone that has to do with this company to avoid them!!!

Whitney Plumbing sent an excellent and pleasant technician to fix and replace ceiling fans and smoke detectors who did a fine job.

They were sent out via AHS. They came out in a timely fashion and fixed some GFI outlets that were not working. The 2 gentlemen even wore masks in our home while doing this, per our request due to a immune compromised child in our home.

Absolutely horrible company. I too had the misfortune of being assigned to them through my warranty company. They do not care, they lie, and they continue to do so again and again. Stay away from this company.

Absolutely ridiculous excuse for a company. So unprofessional. Kept rescheduling or showing up hours after their scheduled time and still did not fix the issue. So upsetting I took off work only for them to completely flake.

I have been without water for 2 days and I still don't have an appointment with this not give a care company. I have never been told by any company that they can not even schedule me an appointment for 24 to 48 hours. Its been 26 hours. Horrible customer service. Will never accept them again through my insurance company. Gonna try to get a different company.

3 months of back and forth and they were unable to resolved the issue. I may end my warranty with American Home Shield because of this.
