Do not recommend. Called to unclog tub. They unclogged it and broke the stopper. They sent another tech to fix without the correct part. They sent a third tech but this time they wanted $1200 for the part that their original tech broke. They left the broken stopper hanging by one screw.

I wish I could give them a zero. The worse company ever. Sent by AHS (who continues to contract fourth-rate companies) and they were very unprofessional, charging for parts that didn't need replacing, and caused additional plumbing issues (which I know that they caused because that particular toilet is never used). I believe they put something in the toilet because I gave them a poor rating on another platform before them came back out to finish the leak job. The lid is always down and that bathroom is used for storage, yet something was lodged in the drain (discovered by another plumber). I wouldn't hire them to change the gasket on my water hose.

I found out from another plumbing company that AHS had gotten rid of them because too many customers were complaining about their lack of professional, skill, and charging for unnecessary parts. But they allowed them back, which lets me know that AHS has very little value for their customers. They are more concerned about number of contracts to address tickets, as opposed to quality contracts. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AT AN ALL-TIME LOW.

Water works that's about all They came and did a water line on my house, they put all the old asphalt back in the hole so now the asphalt companys won't replace it because all of the old must come all out. They dug my yard and driveway up 9,000 in damage never fixed the yard lied to me never raked or seated or even cleaned up the driveway I would highly not recommend Whitney services. Thanks for screwing over a disabled person.

Communication was good and the guy who came to the house was pleasant and efficient but 235 to unclog a drain?

AHS assigned this company to come over and fix my electrical problem (my circuit breaker switch to the AC was tripping). A technician (I will call him that) came in and switched my AC circuit breaker with my dryer circuit, then switched them back. The technician then stated that if this did not work, then it would become an AC problem. In order for this to stay on the same ticket, AHS needed to get the report from Whitney T Holdings, LLC. in order to keep it on the same ticket. Getting a message through to this company is almost impossible! They simply do not answer the phone, nor send information to you. I did actually get through to someone, who supposedly sent the message to the technician. It is going on day three and nobody has contacted AHS. Because of this I am having to contact my own AC company (the one's who originally installed the AC) to come trouble shoot the problem. I have since cancelled my AHS and STRONGLY advise anyone that has to do with this company to avoid them!!!

Whitney Plumbing sent an excellent and pleasant technician to fix and replace ceiling fans and smoke detectors who did a fine job.

They were sent out via AHS. They came out in a timely fashion and fixed some GFI outlets that were not working. The 2 gentlemen even wore masks in our home while doing this, per our request due to a immune compromised child in our home.
