I have never encountered a more unprofessonal company- Brian answered the phone said he refused to speak in a theee way conversation with my home warranty representative and hung up. we had been working to schedule a service call for 4 days and he was a juvenile- if he is as good a technician as he is a mature adult I'm
sure he would have caught my house on fire. we instantly changed providers and i filed a complaint with the home warranty company advising they remove them from their provider list. I would never allow them in my house with the curt rude tone he used on the phone. be advised their are so many more qualified companies

Avoid this company at all costs. They were assigned to a work order I placed through American Home Shield to replace pumps on a radiant heating system in my home. I placed the work order before the colder months in Michigan. Several technicians came to my home over several months. In that time they destroyed 2 replacement pumps, burned a hole in my carpet, rescheduled and missed several service calls, and in the end failed to make the repairs. I only stayed with them because AHS would not cover another contractor under my plan (don't use them either). I finally had enough and had a new contractor come to assess the issue. The system was fixed that same week (1 diagnostic trip, then fixed the next visit). Because of Whitney I had to go the full winter with no heat in our main bathroom. Their customer service is confusingly bad - I don't know how they are still in business given how unorganized they are. They have an almost blatant disregard for customer concerns. I called, emailed and texted several times about the damage to my carpet. Its as if they don't care. Zero response. If you have a home warranty company that uses Whitney, demand that they are not used for any of your service calls.

DO NOT EMPLOY THIS COMPANY. They scheduled a service for me three different times I had to take off work and canceled each time, I had payed for my installation two months prior and they never showed up. Dropped the ball again and again and were incredibly rude in the process. Truly a terrible experience attempting to work with them. Would give them 0 stars if I could

Whitney T Holdings is a disaster. I won't go into all of the details but I asked American Home Shield to please blacklist them from ever being assigned to me again. AHS has assigned them to me twice over the past year and neither time resulted in a resolution to my home issues. One of the most infuriating things about Whitney is they rely almost exclusively on text message communication. If you ever have to call them to discuss something complex, you are looking at long wait times. Today, I waited 30 minutes to speak with a representative after I had a problem with a technician. Shockingly, the representative was the most unprofessional customer service rep I have ever interacted with. He had major attitude from the beginning and by the end was yelling at me on the phone. It was truly one of the worst experiences I have ever had working with maintenance in my life.

Please do yourself a favor and run far away if you find yourself interacting with Whitney Holdings. You will regret it. I am just thankful AHS has blocked them ow and I will never be assigned them again.

Our warranty company contracted Whitney T to assess and service my water heater. Whitney T scheduled a video call through some type of app. I was thinking this was the initial assessment which would be followed by someone coming to my house to take a look at what was going on. During the video call they took pics of the model number of my water heater and the wiring on the top. After this video call they were able to make a full assessment. How? I dont know. Assessed that my water heated was full of sediment. Assessed that this issue was ""pre existing."" Assessed that it needed to be replaced. Mind you - No one even came to my home to look at it at this point. My warranty company was saying that based on this BS assessment they wouldn't cover the replacement. THANK GOODNESS I got a second opinion. The technician from the second company was able to fix the issue on the spot and had my water heater working that day.

Unprofessional - While communicating through the issue, a service member hung up on me

Inept - Did not perform a real evaluation on my appliance

Cant be trusted - Made up lies about what was going on with my appliance.

Our warranty company uses this contractor for hvac. We have been approved for over 3 weeks on a repair , and Whitney has not called us to schedule or collect payment. We are without air conditioning for over 5 weeks.

We just want to pay them their fee and get our service scheduled so we can have AC again. Spoke to Jamie Tupper with Whitney services and she apologized but no action has been taken. Again going on 4 weeks with no air conditioning , the repairs have been approved by warranty company but Whitney refuses to contact us. When we contact them , all they say is WE WILL HAVE OUR HVAC MANAGER CALL YOU. absolutely no calls or correspondence from them.

As a follow-up to my last terrible review. My appointment was scheduled 10 days after their previous visit (previous visit where my a/c was working before they arrived and wasn't after they left) of course, nobody showed. This company is absolutely terrible. They have a D- with the Better Business Buero.

Dishonest company. Although I had several issues with them including their attempts to over charge us, and ""harass"" us into paying via text, American Home Shield continues to assign them to us. They even wrote that they serviced us once when they didn't at an attempt to collect fees. Shameful!

Jamie thank you for your response, just received our 2nd appointment cancellation by your company in 5 days. I'm not sure how many more days we are going to have to reserve from our own jobs to accommodate the continuing ""rescheduled appointments"" the day of. We were hopeful after your first response however losing that trust quickly.
