Our toilet started leaking from underneath and it was Labor Day weekend. I found Doug on Yelp, called and left a message. He called me back within an hour or two and came out the next day on Sunday of a holiday weekend to fix our issue, no questions asked. He was quick, knowledgeable and very friendly. Will definitely be contacting him in the future for any of our plumbing needs! Thanks Doug!

After an unsuccessful experience with a prominent plumbing firm, I had let several plumbing repairs go unfinished. In addition, the water line under the house needed to be rerouted, which was a major undertaking according to at least 3 other companies, so it too remained on the ""someday"" list.
Then I met Doug Whitmore. Wow! My anxiety melted away as he expertly and quickly moved through the list of repairs, including rerouting the water line. He made the morning so easy for me. Plumbing doesn't have to be scary! Thank you Doug!

Doug is the best. I hired him to replace a the leaking steel galvanized piping under my house with copper, retrofit my hot water heater up to code, and add a sink to my garage. I couldn't be happier with Doug's work or the experience in general. He is a true professional who takes pride in his work and it shows from the beginning. Our water heater failed on Saturday night and we awoke to a flooded basement on Sunday morning. We called 6-7 plumbing/heating businesses and no one (but one) was available to help us on a Sunday. Even the businesses with answering services just told me...""sorry no one on call today, call back tomorrow"". REALLY? Why then have an answering service?

Enter Doug. He called me back within an hour, asked about the dimensions of our hot water heater, arrived with a new appliance, installed it, and gave us sound advice about our electrical wiring and installing a sump pump. All this at a very reasonable rate and less than what we would have paid on a weekday.

We have a new plumber! This is how service should be!!!

EUREKA!!!! I finally found my plumber!!! I had been searching for a plumber for a while now for a couple projects. This first time was to address a backed up drain. Doug called me and let me know he could be at my house earlier than my scheduled appointment time, which was an added bonus.

He came over and assessed the issue. He is very knowledgeable and professional! He provided me with details around my immediate problem and also advised of other issues that would need to be addressed in the future. I also asked him for estimates for my upcoming projects, and he was happy to provide them the same evening.

Doug is the best plumbing contractor I have ever dealt with.
Our new house came with an in-law unit that once had a kitchen, but was removed prior to the sale. Why do people do that?
The sheetrock was left open, where the plumbing was removed from the walls. With one detailed phone call, Doug was able to diagnose what was needed to fix the place back up by asking lots of detailed questions.
He showed up at 7:30 on a Saturday with all the supplies needed to do the job. All of the following was accomplished in one long day.
Ran new water lines (soldered copper pipe) to kitchen sink, bathroom sink, and new runs for laundry.
Ran all 2"" ABS drain lines from kitchen sink, bathroom sink and laundry room.
Ran new vents through roof for all.
Ran new 3/4 threaded gas lines for stove and dryer.

Doug is a real pro with all the right tools to do the job right the first time.
