We were not satisfied with our first choice for a kitchen sink faucet so Janie came to my house and we shopped on her phone for a replacement and the one we chose really impressed my hubby. He loooves the pull down sprayer and so do I. I've never experienced this kind of service with plumbers before; also they will be addressing some electrical issues soon for us. So glad I asked my across-the-road neighbor for a referral.

Came to my house to fix a drip under my sink, day before Thanksgiving. Were here about 15 - 20 minutes, tightened a nut, said it was fixed. Didn't leave a bill or tell us what the cost would be. They said bill would be in the mail. Later that day drip started again. On Friday after Thanksgiving called the office, and was told by the owner that they obviously couldn't make me happy, and he then hung up the phone. Don't use these guys for electrical work, They will rip you off. I got charged $150 for 22 minutes of work to replace a GFI outlet which I provided. They actually sent two guys to do the work. One to replace the outlet and one to watch. When I asked what the cost would be the electrician said they didn't do the billing and I would get an email. No wonder why they don't get to give out a price, they knew I was going to get screwed.

How does this company stay in business? Maybe they have SO MUCH BUSINESS that they can ignore new customers? We requested both electrical and plumbing services. The lady on the phone said that both a plumber and an electrician would come out. Well, two guys showed up, but they told us that they were both electricians and not plumbers. Oh, but they'd get their plumber to give us a quote. Never happened. So we called again and asked for the plumber to get us a quote, and again, we never got anything. We sent an email. No call, no text, no emails and this was over about a month period, so it's not like we were requesting emergency service or anything. Hard to believe people run businesses like this and stay in business. Call someone else. I should have.

Awesome Service. If you're interested in doing business with a fair and honest Plumbing or Electrical service this is the one and only call you need to make. I had a new dishwasher and kitchen sink install that I needed plumbing help with and Mr. Whitmire, the owner, came right away and had it hooked up in no time. I also had to have some electrical work done to hook up a new flat screen TV and the electricians from Whitmire came out, did and excellent job, cleaned up and all this was done at a very affordable price. These technicians and the office staff are all friendly, prompt and very knowledgeable.

Our pressure regulator started going out on Sunday evening. My husband contacted Whitmire Plumbing on Monday morning and they came out that afternoon and replaced the part. If a need arises we will definitely use them again.

As good as it gets for sure. Called on a Sunday to report my hot water tank had gone and they were out to my house with a new one by 10:30AM Monday morning. Technicians were knowledgeable and quick and didn't leave a mess behind. Installed a tankless hot water heater after the owner gave me different options from which to choose. Great Company!

Called Whitmore and they were going to come out last Friday around 3PM, but would call first. No one called, no one came out, and now a week later, nothing. Sorry........You lost another job.

I scheduled in Wednesday for a Friday service. Friday came and no one showed, so I called. Joanie, the office manager explained that they had an emergency and weren't able to come that day. She apologized and rescheduled me for the next Monday, which was today. Two men came out and answered all my questions and fixed the issues I had. They asked did I have any other issues because I had paid them for the hour!! I really appreciated that and had them do just a few small things since we had just moved in. I would recommend and use again. I am now scheduling them for a plumbing issue I have.
