I cannot rave enough about Todd White. I'm a huge fan. First of all, he always gets the job done RIGHT (he has fixed so many plumbing issues in my condo caused by cheap quick fixes done before I bought the place). Secondly, and perhaps more important than his excellent work, Todd is a really great guy. He's honest, friendly, and has fair prices. A great guy who does great work. What more can you ask for from a plumber?!

Update: We had yet another plumbing issue and immediately thought of Todd. However this time around, after a phone call and several text messages, it seems he was very uninterested in our business. I've never had to hound a repairman before, so I am completely disappointed. I had to look for someone else. The best part is when I sent him a final text saying """"never mind we found someone else"""" due to no reply, he immediately replied sarcastically """"good luck."""" He didn't acknowledge my previous texts but made sure to reply to that one. Completely unprofessional. Good luck to you, Todd.

Todd White refuses to call us back now for the third week and fix the plumbing problems that he created. Number 1 we have a well and he replumbed the connection to the bladder tank to a smaller dimention which causes our pump to malfunction. He sold us a Nuvo H20 system for soft water that worked for a week and now is clogged! $2,000 later we do not have a system and he will not return our calls!! We are not happy and would like a refund.

Quick and Painless Service. I hired Todd White to re-plumb our condo and to do other small jobs. They are always there the next day and do what they need to do quickly and cleanly, which my wife loves. We have the condo rented out and he's willing to work with our tenants schedule and has been courteous enough to look out for us by reporting how the tenants are taking care of the property.

So glad we found Todd White. Fast, RELIABLE, doesn't over charge like Roto Rooter,etc! Called right back, was here same afternoon. Polite, AND fixed the sink AND washer for very GOOD price! Your wasting time with those other guys.
