We're new to the area and had the misfortune of discovering our water heater leaking all over our garage. Through Google the closest place I found was White's Plumbing. The lady over the phone was helpful and had a technician in Franklinton at the same time so she sent him out immediately. Eric showed up and did a courtesy check about our unit since our home is only 6 years old and it was in fact under warranty and was replaced for free savings us over $1,000.00! We had to wait an hour or so for the replacement but once it was here he quickly installed it and it's working perfect again. Thank you Eric and the rest of the staff for your prompt service, reasonable rates, and the warm welcome to NC!

Try to get a hold of anybody in the office it is absolutely impossible. Try to have a conversation with Rebecca the receptionist and was frustrated at that point and she tells me could you not.... Really? If you can't deal with frustrated customers get another job. Good luck with the service

Our building contractor used Whites pumbing company to plumb our new house. Bells should have been ringing when they failed inspections after inspections. After we moved in we repeatedly have had problems with the toilets. During a warranty visit we were told ""toilets are not what they use to be, and to flush multiple times during it's use"". We are of the opinion our builder gave White Plumbing the latitude to install toilets of their choosing. We are of the opinion they mixed and matched the least expensive components. Due to the frequency of problems with all 4 toilets I am going to replace them all (less than 2 years old). One thing for sure we want ever use White's Plumbing ever again. If you have plumbing needs my advise is to use a plumbing company other than White's. My contractor no longer uses White's plumbing, that says it all. Nathaniel Lambeth

Hard to believe some of these reviews are even talking about the same company than I have come to know and trust. Just had another repair done and they were here in about an hour and the repair was done in about 20 minutes. The tech was very courteous and when he needed something from his truck, he didn't walk, he RAN! These folks have done many repairs for us over the years and I have never been disappointed. They are fast, efficient and very reasonably priced. I've told many people that it's crystal clear to me how all the ""big boys"" pay for the fancy wraps on their trucks and their slick TV ads. They don't, you do! As long as Whites is in business they will be the only ones I call. Period! Great company

We needed a waranty service on the kitchen faucet in our new home.
White's plumbing came out the next day and quickly replaced our broken faucet. We were very pleased with the professional service we recieved. Shane is an excellent technician.

The absolute WORST Plumbing company.
Beyond terrible. They have absolutely NO IDEA what they are doing. Even the very basic stuff they screw up. They installed the plumbing in two NEW houses I purchased - for myself and another family member, (they do the plumbing work for Imperial Custom Homes) and both homes are plagued with plumbing problems . SERIOUS plumbing problems which also resulted in water damage to expensive hardwood flooring. They are non responsive to complaints and do not stand behind their work. Read the other reviews.
Do NOT hire this company.

We have a new townhome that was built a little over a year ago in which White's did the plumbing was the vendor for the builder. Other than Russel who I feel has been honest and done everything he could within his power, the company sucks. We have had NUMEROUS plumbing issues since the day we moved in such as sink, shower, septic, and toilet issues. The most aggravating issue was a basement toilet which we hardly ever use because its in the basement unless we have guests. All of the toilets stopped working at one point, but the one in the basement has given us nonstop problems. They have even had to replace the toilet last year.

So, I called them almost 3 weeks ago to address once again a non working toilet. They set up an appointment in which I had to arrange for someone to be here and they showed up FOUR HOURS LATE. After being there for a short time, they claimed to have ""fixed"" it and called asking for $150 service charge because we out of warranty. I understand service fees and I would have no problem paying it except this has been an continuous problem since we moved in, I wanted to speak to someone about it. I asked that the owner Jeremiah call me to discuss before submitting payment. He never did.

However, 4 days later I had to call him back because the toilet stopped working again. The same one they ""fixed"" 4 days prior. The receptionist explained that they will not be returning to do any more work until they speak to the builder?? It's been almost 3 weeks. I've called daily and left messages for Jeremiah to call back. No call back.

Ironically, as I'm typing this after the 6th call this week, Whites has returned my call saying that the owner will be at my place tomorrow. Since she had to ask me what my address was (after being out here 10 times) I highly doubt that they are coming to fix it. I'm very displeased with this level of customer service. The lack of communication and the abundance of unresolved issues is unsettling.

Frightening team of people. We work through a warranty company and requested they be removed from the list. Disgusting comments made, and they dumped dirty water on my carpet because we didn't want them to return.

All I can say is what a horrible experience. Be warned, not to get into details but after numerous no shows and no calls and no bathroom for days, I simply asked him why he did that. He immediately started into a crazy rage and told me to do a expletive and hung up on me.. Just like the other review, what kind of professional hangs up on a customer? This guy even said he was the ""Hometown Hero"" when he gave his quote and said he would take care of us... What a joke....
