I have to agree poor service!! I had an appt., when they didn't show up I called them and Christy said i wasn't down for an appt. I told her I did have an appt. she looked further and said oh yes, we called and let a vm we had to cancel you and I said NO, I never rec'd a vm from you. She said she could set me up the following week and I told her """"forget it, I will find another plumber"""".

Unfortunately, they were very unresponsive to a large commercial project. We asked for an estimate and the work done and paid the tech as soon as he finished on site. We got a call the following day from the office staff saying the tech was """"in trouble"""" for giving us the bill on site (which I immediately paid with a check) and we needed to pay $500 more. Then they could not even accurately put in writing which of the 15 toilets were actually replaced or repaired. The office staff was rude via email and phone and ignored our request (and four emails) to have the owner call us. This large commercial building will never use White's Plumbing again.

I had White's Plumbing install a tankless water heater. My old tank was over 20 years old. I worked with Christy via phone and email it was an excellent experience. Kevin and Justin were assigned to perform the work. They started in the morning and they took about 6 hours to have everything done. They were neat and courteous. Their install was also done neatly. I'm pleased with the product and the work of Kevin, Justin and Christy Thanks White's Plumbing.

Another great job by White's Plumbing. Replaced all my sewer lines. During the installation of the lines, it was discovered that some of the irrigation lines were broken and needs to be replaced. I was having trouble getting someone to come our and fix the lines. Howard, who was helping install the new sewer lines, called someone he knew that worked on irrigation lines. The man he called came right out and fixed the problem. It is wonderful that Howard went above his job duties to make our life easier. With employees like this, White's Plumbing can't help but do well.

White's performed several minor repairs at a property I recently purchased. The technician resolved all the issues professionally and efficiently, and he was extremely friendly (relating entertaining plumbing stories during his visit) and courteous (offering to remove his shoes while inside the house). While the overall price was fair for the quality of work performed, note that White's includes a travel surcharge for locations in Jefferson County (and possibly in other locations outside of Leon County). According to the technician, they add their travel time to the labor charge at the standard hourly rate. In my case, it added about $60 to the cost of the repairs.

Excellent service company. From the dispatchers to the owners, they all provide excellent customer service. They stand by their work and correct their mistakes in a timely manner. I highly recommend this plumbing company that is a service company, first. It's no wonder why they have been in business for so long.

In our opinion 4.5 hours and $561.00 to install a dishwasher is outrageous. I suggest you get a price before they come.

This is the best plumbing service in town. I am very happy with their friendly and patient staff. The terminex guy found a leak and they came right out and fixed it. They even tightened my sink faucet. Wonderful service. I am grateful for a company that goes far and beyond for their customers. I tell everyone to use white plumbing. Thank you so kindly.

Had a slow drip in the shower. Clearly was the cartridge.. they would never give a clear time on the appointment so we played phone tag & I wasted a few hours of my time until someone finally showed. Took maybe 15 mins to take off the faucet & about 45 mins to see if they had the cartridge in stock.. come to find out they did! I was charged more for waiting on a response than any amount of """"work"""" that was done taking off the faucet.. then the guy attempted to charge me another $90+Labor for putting the cartridge in after the $102 I was charged for nothing.. would've coasted about $250-$300 total. I found the cartridge myself for $19.95 & told them no thanks on the insulation.. what's wrong with people these days? A bunch of thieves.. I wouldn't have given them one star but I had to in order to express my opinion & let everyone know what kind of people you're dealing with over at whites plumbing..
