Jacob (the plumber) gets 5 stars. As usual, the actual plumbers on the job for White's plumbing are excellent, professional and get the job done. I would have to give the admin office a 1. Had a 1-3pm appt block...off course...I knew I'd get my service call at 2:59:59. At 3pm... still no plumber so I called for a status report and an approx service time. No apologizes and no answer other than """"you are on the list"""" from the office. I advised the receptionist that it probably would be a good idea to call customers when they definitely won't receive their service call in the designated time. That is just a common courtesy... don't know many people that can afford to sit at home all afternoon. I had to call back at 4:45... now 1 hour and 45 min post appt window and ask if I was even going to get service today. The receptionist was pleasant but said """"I was next"""" but couldn't tell me when """"next"""" was . At 530pm Jacob arrived... only 2 1/2hrs past my 1-3 appt. Of course, I did not take my frustration out on him...these guys work hard and don't set the appts or make the phone calls. I just think at $102/hr and the customer's own lost afternoon of work that a courtesy call from the admin office to say the call will be pushed back and would the customer like to re-schedule or is it still ok to do the service is only a small ask and quite honestly common courtesy in situations like these.

I utilized Whites Plumbing the week before the hurricane because my disposal in the kitchen sink didn't work. Blake came out to help. He was polite, arrived on time, explained in words I could understand what was wrong, and how to keep it from happening again. This is my second time with White Plumbing. The last time I called FOUR other plumbers to fix a problem. Only White's figured it out at half the cost! I recommend this company. ~Linda

I've called these guys twice and I couldn't be happier with the results. Blake and Jacob were both professional and competent in their approach to the job. They got right on the problem and fixed it. They kept me informed during the process. I would hihjly recomend this company.

Do not use this company. They overcharge substantially. No estimate I received was even half of what White's Plumbing charged. Other companies also came back with an estimate within an hour or the same day whereas it took White's Plumbing a full week to give an estimate (Gas installation). They stay in business by overcharging people that do not know better and does not get second or third estimates.

Tony was our plumber! He was very patient with my grandmother who had kitchen plumbing uses. He was able to explain to her what the problem was and fixed it in a timely manner. If you use whites Plumbing I suggest you request tony to be your plumber!

Excellent office staff. I had to reschedule appointment several times and they where always understanding and helpful. Jacob was on time for the job and professional. Cost of service was reasonable. We have several more projects on our list and we will be calling White's again. (Sorry not 5 stars, they left the packaging and replaced equipment in the front yard - I called and they are sending someone to pick up the waste. It's Monday so we will forgive the forgetfulness)

Today Eddie removed a leaking hot water heater, and replaced it w/ a new one. It was located in an unusually difficult place to get to. Also it was in a very hot attic. Eddie came prepared for every step he would go thru. With his office, he coordinated the stages he would need extra help with. They came & went as fit the need. He had a light, cheerful attitude, and his work was very professional. He seemed to know exactly what he was doing. I am very pleased with Eddie, and White's Plumbing generally. Sarah H

Giving a company a reputation by one experience is sometimes not always a great idea. I realize people have bad days and I realize the customer is always right but Whites Plumbing is not a bad company. The owner is compassionate about his business and the employees care about their job and their customers. I give them a 5 star because they get the job done and do a great job doing it! Go somewhere else if you actually want them to show up. I took off an entire afternoon from work to attend a pre-scheduled appointment with White's. They called me at 4:15 p.m. and I missed the call. Returned said call at 4:18 p.m. and was told that since I missed the call I was rescheduled to a time three days from now. Not acceptable! Deleted White's from my contact list - I was a return customer - no longer!
