Tony was our plumber! He was very patient with my grandmother who had kitchen plumbing uses. He was able to explain to her what the problem was and fixed it in a timely manner. If you use whites Plumbing I suggest you request tony to be your plumber!

Excellent office staff. I had to reschedule appointment several times and they where always understanding and helpful. Jacob was on time for the job and professional. Cost of service was reasonable. We have several more projects on our list and we will be calling White's again. (Sorry not 5 stars, they left the packaging and replaced equipment in the front yard - I called and they are sending someone to pick up the waste. It's Monday so we will forgive the forgetfulness)

Today Eddie removed a leaking hot water heater, and replaced it w/ a new one. It was located in an unusually difficult place to get to. Also it was in a very hot attic. Eddie came prepared for every step he would go thru. With his office, he coordinated the stages he would need extra help with. They came & went as fit the need. He had a light, cheerful attitude, and his work was very professional. He seemed to know exactly what he was doing. I am very pleased with Eddie, and White's Plumbing generally. Sarah H

Giving a company a reputation by one experience is sometimes not always a great idea. I realize people have bad days and I realize the customer is always right but Whites Plumbing is not a bad company. The owner is compassionate about his business and the employees care about their job and their customers. I give them a 5 star because they get the job done and do a great job doing it! Go somewhere else if you actually want them to show up. I took off an entire afternoon from work to attend a pre-scheduled appointment with White's. They called me at 4:15 p.m. and I missed the call. Returned said call at 4:18 p.m. and was told that since I missed the call I was rescheduled to a time three days from now. Not acceptable! Deleted White's from my contact list - I was a return customer - no longer!

Whites plumbing has done consistent excellent work at two different restaurants I've owned. They are prompt, professional and knowledgable of their trade. They don't recommended unnecessary work and they do fix it then back it up. The example of what a local business should be.

I have been a Whires customer for 20 years. That stops now. On three occasions I have made appointments for them to do a small repair, giving them a four-hour window. Each time I was stood up and given lame excuses for the reason. This company used to be the best. Now it's the worst. I will NEVER call them again.

I was very happy with the service from Whites Plumbing. The plumber they sent was friendly and seemed very professionally skilled. It was a daunting job that I was not able to do myself, but he completed it in a short time and what I thought was a very reasonable cost. I will definitely use them again if I need plumbing services.

Unfortunately, I have to say that I didn't have a great experience with White's plumbing either. We had what we thought was a potential leak plus we asked them to perform backflow testing & file the reports with the city for us. Turns out our leak issue wasn't something they could fix (long story) but they charged us a lot for the 10 mins the guy was out (I think it was $92 as well) plus we paid $40 for the backflow testing (which is higher than other companies - I found out). Then he said he didn't do backflow testing but would send someone else out. We were heading out of town for the weekend but were assured that someone would do the test while we were gone. After returning home, I called White's and found out - they didn't send anyone and the test wasn't performed. She assured me that someone would go out to perform the test in a few days. I believed her. Fastforward 3 months and I start getting notices from the city that we haven't had our backflow testing done? I just called White's. They checked & confirmed - it was never done. She said she could send someone out this week to take care of it...and then asked me how I'd like to pay for the service?? I told her we paid back in April and was assured it would be done. I really hope the do send someone this time. I've requested to see the report once the test is done and filed with the city. The lady that answers the phone is super-nice but I won't be using White's again. They are more expensive than some other reputable plumbers in the area and they don't well with follow-through, sad to say.

We have used White's Plumbing at our old house and they were always on time, professional and reasonable. We had them out just now at our new house, and they came quickly and finished the job in record time. We'd like to highly recommend the plumber, Clayton, who was as jolly as he was professional, and they very kind and happy dispatcher. We'll be back!
