White's plumbing has always been reliable, timely, honest, and hight quality. Today, Tony worked on a problem we had. He went the extra mile -- very kind, helpful, and excellently solved our problem. He even helped the Best Buy guys who were trueing to install a microwave. He was a Godsend today!

They spent extra time to accommodate my special requests while still taking the time to explain the work that had to get accomplished and costs associated with it. I have used White's Plumbing for my residence and business. The experience was negative in both situations. The attitude was very cavalier and unprofessional. The plumber informed me that he partially repaired the matter and then proceeded to tell me what options I had. I did attempt to contact the owner who responded with an excuse for taking so long to return the call. But he promised to call me when his day slowed down. Six weeks later I am still waiting for his day to slow down allowing him to call me. Funny, he did not have to wait to get paid for a job that was incomplete and poorly executed in addition to the lackadaisical attitude exhibited by the plumber. I was very disappointed with the service (or lack there of ) that I experienced with White's Plumbing.

Had pipe burst on the side of my house(caused by previous owners stupidity), and Whites came out and helped immediately. Had the pipe replaced in no time, even Rerouted so it could be underground, and didn't charge me an arm and a leg to do it. Great service. Will only use White's plumbing from here on out.

I have been with White's plumbing for 27 years and they have been top notch for 27 years. I have had a sewer line replaced, with cut out valves installed, 1 hot water heater replaced... and it lasted 18 years, basic leaky faucet repairs, and all of my sink, lavaratory, bathtub faucets and shower head replaced and an outdoor faucet added. They are very good at creating what you want when you are not sure yourself. You will get more than what you pay for.

Tony from White's Plumbing, was on time, professional, and pleasant to talk to. I'm from another state but was at my son's house to babysit and he scheduled the plumber while I was there. Tony replaced their kitchen faucet and also had to replace the hoses. He even cleaned up afterwards. My kinda man!!! I don't usually do reviews but his work deserves a comment. Jacob (the plumber) gets 5 stars. As usual, the actual plumbers on the job for White's plumbing are excellent, professional and get the job done. I would have to give the admin office a 1. Had a 1-3pm appt block...off course...I knew I'd get my service call at 2:59:59. At 3pm... still no plumber so I called for a status report and an approx service time. No apologizes and no answer other than """"you are on the list"""" from the office. I advised the receptionist that it probably would be a good idea to call customers when they definitely won't receive their service call in the designated time. That is just a common courtesy... don't know many people that can afford to sit at home all afternoon. I had to call back at 4:45... now 1 hour and 45 min post appt window and ask if I was even going to get service today. The receptionist was pleasant but said """"I was next"""" but couldn't tell me when """"next"""" was . At 530pm Jacob arrived... only 2 1/2hrs past my 1-3 appt. Of course, I did not take my frustration out on him...these guys work hard and don't set the appts or make the phone calls. I just think at $102/hr and the customer's own lost afternoon of work that a courtesy call from the admin office to say the call will be pushed back and would the customer like to re-schedule or is it still ok to do the service is only a small ask and quite honestly common courtesy in situations like these.

I utilized Whites Plumbing the week before the hurricane because my disposal in the kitchen sink didn't work. Blake came out to help. He was polite, arrived on time, explained in words I could understand what was wrong, and how to keep it from happening again. This is my second time with White Plumbing. The last time I called FOUR other plumbers to fix a problem. Only White's figured it out at half the cost! I recommend this company. ~Linda
