Finished painting and was supposed to return to remove tape and re-assemble windows. Instead, he just ghosted
Left us to re-assemble our windows and remove tape.
Windows were also painted shut and paint still got on the frame due to poor tape job.
If you want someone reliable, do not recommend

So many things went wrong here.
1) Did not properly dispose old water heater. They just left it in our fire escape. I had to move it myself potentially hurting my back. Then I had to call the refuse company myself
2)Made me pay for my own water heater at home depot up front.
Made me return the tankless water heater. I nearly cut my finger off.
3)when water was being released from old water heater into pipes, they just left to go buy supplies. It spilled onto carpet and into lower levels. They did not clean up the water in lower levels
4) they promised a water heater that matched originally what we have but instead was a lower capacity tank
5)they did not install the expansion tank as promised
6)when installing a tankless water heater they did not know what they were doing at all. They said they watched a youtube video before installing
7)We did not have hot water for 4 days in the middle of winter.
8) cost more than other companies
9) the roofing company had to fix the pipes going up to the chimney or else we would have leaking when it rained

What a journey...I have an older home which brings a host of challenges including concrete walls in our bathroom and cloth electrical wiring. Many contractors were not brave enough to tackle. Brandon was ready to undertake the demo and remodel of our bath. As with older homes there were obstacles but they were met head on by him and his team. It took a tad bit longer than we anticipated due to challenges that arose however, we are very pleased with the outcome!

We called and asked Brandon to come out and fix our tub/shower. He came with another guy, ""fixed"" the problem and guaranteed 30 days leak free. The first time we tried to use the faucet it was leaking. Called him MULTIPLE times and he would say he was coming to fix it and never did. Now he avoiding our calls altogether. Very unprofessional!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will take your money, do a shoddy job and avoid you after!!!!!!!

My hot water went out. I checked around and these guys were the able to come right away, and did so without charging the $75+ emergency fee that most other charge. He was understanding that I had a fixed budget to work with. He was quick, thorough, and well priced. He wore a mask. He even fixed my garage door that was also broken. This guy can do it all. And he does it all for a price that's hard to beat. If I need anything else done around the house, I'm definitely calling them again. You should too!!!

Brandon is first class all the way; do not hesitate to hire this firm. You will notice from your first phone call with him how smart and professional he is. His quote for my hot water heater installation was hundreds less than the big plumber firms in the Chicagoland area and his quality of work was outstanding. He arrived when he said he would, conducted the work efficiently, ran into a snag and overcame it quickly while finishing the job same day. I would hire him again for ANY home project that you cannot handle yourself. Fair, competent and a nice guy. Extremely happy I found him before paying hundreds more for the same service.

Wow is all I can say about these guys. I was looking for a company that would install a garage door opener. I have to admit that I was a little skeptical because they only had one review, but I decided to give them a chance because they were one of the first people to respond and they were available the same day (crazy right?). They came on time considering the fact they are from Indiana (that's right, I was shocked also). This company drives around the Chicagoland area and do a wide range of jobs. Brandon did a great job and was extremely professional and easy to talk to. It took them about 45 minutes to install the garage opener and they even put in a new rail to replace the old one. They checked the springs and oiled the garage door. These guys were excellent and I cannot wait to hire these guys again for future jobs.

They responded very quick. I had extra panels added to my garage door and the weight could burn out the motor. They came in and tightened the springs and performed maintenance on the 3 garage doors I have. They were quick efficient and made it very easy for me to get other things done as they worked. I intend on calling them for some other garage flooring we need to fix.
