Was trefered to us by our friend Charli Allon. The receptionest was professional and assured us that someone would be here today. When Lonnie arrived he was polite, very professional helpful in describing every aspect on what he was going to accomplish. He went out of his way to make sure the job was completed to our satisfaction. He also cleaned up the work site. We would like to thank Whithead Plumbing and Lonnie for coming so quickly to our aid. Unlike Plum Better who obviously is only interested in making a huge profit at the expense of our defensless elderly citizense who are on a fixed income.

Very impressed with my experience with Whitehead Plumbing. The seal of my garbage disposal deteriorated causing a leak under my kitchen sink. Lonnie repaired the problem at the time it was scheduled at a very fair price. He was pleasant, professional and left the area clean and dry. My mother's 70 year old toilet stopped working -- go figure, huh?! Larry Street came out this morning on time and was very nice professional and knowledgeable. He said that in all his years working there he had never seen such and old model (not surprising at all) and that he wouldn't be able to get any parts to fix it. He quoted us a very reasonable price for a nice, new ADA approved toilet, which is what she needs. He was able to replace it quickly, and we are very satisfied with the service. He is truly an asset to this company that my mom has used for many years now. I hope his value to the company is recognized. Overall, it was a very nice experience. Thank you.

Jose and Ray came by today and completed a job for me that involved carpentry to put in a water supply line for an interior wall where the refrigerator was moved to. First let me say that these are the two nicest plumbers I have ever met. Second, they are very conscientious. They re-closed the back gate so the dogs wouldnt get out later and even put the bungee cord back up. They didnt rip out chunks of the drywall but made careful cuts as needed. They cleaned up with both a vaccum and damp rags. The materials they used are not cheap, and the work looks great. The estimate was about what I expected given the complexity of the job, and I was charged as quoted.

I called Whitehead Plumbing at 8:00 in the morning to fix a low water pressure problem throughout my house. The girl that answered the phone was very courteous and informed me that a team could be at my house at 11:00. Jose and Ray showed up exactly on time. After I described the situation, Jose immediately diagnosed what was causing the problem and quickly took apart my spring operated check valve and showed me how it had failed. Jose and Ray did an outstanding job. They expertly replaced my bad valve and even installed a much better access to get to the resident shut off valve. They were very professional, friendly and highly competent. This is the third time I have used Whitehead and have been thoroughly pleased with their service each time. I highly recommend this company for all plumbing concerns

i was recently in pcb and down for a very limited time frame. i wras so glad i was able to ccontact these folk and get someone out the same day. i had 2 jobs that needed to be done but didnt really expected the second one to be done. my main concern was the toilet and it had been leaking for some time....he was able to fix my toilet and the faucet outside thanks so much jessie .....and you made it look so easy. and was able to finish in a timely manner.
