They did a job for me but didn't follow best practice. Gave me a flim flam answer. Felt like I was a money grab. Didn't listen to me and constantly made excuses. No accountability. Ended up correcting their work myself.

My hot water heater went out. I knew it could be costly to replace. They quickly responded and sent a technician. Larry stated it was only the thermostat. Quickly repaired and was very reasonable. I would recommend them and definitely recommend asking for Larry. As I stated with him, I've had employees from other companies show up and cringe with the thought of them stepping foot in my house and turned them away when I had young kids. You won't have to do that with him. He's a good guy and very professional.

We had a water line break behind the wall under the kitchen sink. Whitehead plumbing sent Pete, who quickly assessed the issue and repaired the leak in a professional manner. He answered any questions we had, and the repair was reasonably priced. Pete will always be our go-to guy for plumbing problems.

Way overpriced for their service at least at the beach. Basically it was $290 for a 30 min job. The part cost a little over $117 from a Home Depot supplier. Total cost was $395 for under a 30 min job. About $150 over priced. Service was good and could do the job within a few days. They did call and postponed the original time set. I had to wait an additional 24 hours.

The company had an ownership change last year and the new owners don't care for the customer as much. The price has gone up a lot too. The company is more after the money than the need of customers. Do a research on who owns the company and you will find it interesting and the true intent of their ownership. I would not recommend it. Keep the money for other local businesses who truly care for the customer and have a good discount as well as warranty.

Not knowledgeable. Said """"maybe this will work"""" and """"well maybe this might fix it"""". Also showed up 2 hours late for an appointment that was made 10 days ago. I was supposed to be the """"first stop of the day."""" Zero communication. I had to call out of work for an entire day for someone to show up, ridicule my dog, and not even fix my problem. 10/10 would not recommend. If I could give any lower than 1 star I would.

Couldn't be happier. Half the price of the Home Depot installation company and the service provided by Scott Taylor was professional, courteous, and on-time. I'll definitely be contacting Whitehead Plumbing if I need a plumber in the future.

Wonderful service from Lonnie! My tankless hot water heater was acting up and I had three different people tell me what they thought was wrong with it, none that made sense to me, and all that wanted to charge me $500 for """"repair""""......Lonnie diagnosed and fixed the problem in an hour for less than $200 and he had the part on his truck so the service was immediate. He is a professional who knows what he is talking about and he is an honest serviceperson. I will call him for all my plumbing needs. Great to have such knowledgeable and professional service.
