I called Whitehead Plumbing at 8:00 in the morning to fix a low water pressure problem throughout my house. The girl that answered the phone was very courteous and informed me that a team could be at my house at 11:00. Jose and Ray showed up exactly on time. After I described the situation, Jose immediately diagnosed what was causing the problem and quickly took apart my spring operated check valve and showed me how it had failed. Jose and Ray did an outstanding job. They expertly replaced my bad valve and even installed a much better access to get to the resident shut off valve. They were very professional, friendly and highly competent. This is the third time I have used Whitehead and have been thoroughly pleased with their service each time. I highly recommend this company for all plumbing concerns

The company had an ownership change last year and the new owners don't care for the customer as much. The price has gone up a lot too. The company is more after the money than the need of customers. Do a research on who owns the company and you will find it interesting and the true intent of their ownership. I would not recommend it. Keep the money for other local businesses who truly care for the customer and have a good discount as well as warranty.

Whitehead Plumbing handled a couple of very complex jobs, including completely replacing the old PVC in our home with PEX. Whitehead is among the most responsive and professional contractors we have ever worked with. If you call Whitehead, someone will answer the phone. If you make an appointment to have someone come over, they'll actually come over, and take the time necessary to make sensible recommendations. They are cost effective, and we know, because we did get other bids for this work. The work itself was very well done, and Whitehead ensured the process went smoothly from beginning to end. I would strongly recommend Whitehead Plumbing on the basis of cost, quality of work and overall customer experience.

Way overpriced for their service at least at the beach. Basically it was $290 for a 30 min job. The part cost a little over $117 from a Home Depot supplier. Total cost was $395 for under a 30 min job. About $150 over priced. Service was good and could do the job within a few days. They did call and postponed the original time set. I had to wait an additional 24 hours.

My hot water heater went out. I knew it could be costly to replace. They quickly responded and sent a technician. Larry stated it was only the thermostat. Quickly repaired and was very reasonable. I would recommend them and definitely recommend asking for Larry. As I stated with him, I've had employees from other companies show up and cringe with the thought of them stepping foot in my house and turned them away when I had young kids. You won't have to do that with him. He's a good guy and very professional.

Was trefered to us by our friend Charli Allon. The receptionest was professional and assured us that someone would be here today. When Lonnie arrived he was polite, very professional helpful in describing every aspect on what he was going to accomplish. He went out of his way to make sure the job was completed to our satisfaction. He also cleaned up the work site. We would like to thank Whithead Plumbing and Lonnie for coming so quickly to our aid. Unlike Plum Better who obviously is only interested in making a huge profit at the expense of our defensless elderly citizense who are on a fixed income.

My main drain was clogged up yesterday and called whitehead plumbing. The nice lady there was able to work me in. The system was backed up causing water to come out on tub and shower. Had a great gentleman come and he was very professional at his job. He knew what to do and he went to work. He was very polite and kept me informed of what he was going to do.
