Joy D.Called on a Saturday because my water heater was leaking all over the floor. A guy called me back, and kept saying, ""you want me to take a look at it? I can if you want me to..."" in a tone that clearly said, I don't want to be bothered. After he said that a few more times, when it was obvious that, yes! I want it fixed, I just said, ""I'll call someone else."" I get that it's not fun to be on call or work on a weekend. I worked nearly every weekend for 28 years and spent many nights on call. But Dude...either do it or don't. Don't practically beg me to let you off the hook. This and a previous long episode of poor service has made me decide to permanently let Whitehead and Hancock off the hook.
