Established in 1966, White Star Commercial, Inc. offers general contracting, design-build, construction program management, and building services. With deep roots in southwest Louisiana, our legacy has reached a second generation where “Quality comes First.” We began as Lewis Plumbing & Heating, founded by Joseph Walter Lewis, Sr. Joseph Walter Lewis, Sr. had seven sons, and leadership passed to Joseph Walter Lewis, Jr., who moved the business to New Orleans in 1983.

I lead and inspire teams of up to 10 in-house employees along with various subcontractors.
