Once again White Plumbing did a fantastic job. They have helped us with so many plumbing issue. When I have called with motor to our septic system not working they responded the same day. Water leaking from my refrigerator they came that morning to fix the problem.

Recently a redo of our mound system was completed. They are great to work with and treat you with respect. Always there to help!

the only reason I would use this company again is because we are on a community septic and they are the only ones that would call us back when told this. I give them a 3 because it was very hard to get ahold of Jim White the owner and when we needed a bid it took over three weeks to get back to us. Also, many times we were told they would be out to get work done they simply just didn't show up. communication was poor at best and when a problem halted our bathroom build I was the one to sit down and figure out the math to make things work and then call Jim to give him the solution to which he told me my math was wrong, to wait for him to do it and surprise tell me I was right. Also, suggested other solutions and was told no to only at the end go with my original idea. I'm not a plumber or have any experience but when given a problem my critical thinking usually gave us the solution that somehow white plumbing couldn't think up.
