Thank you, Jacob and Chris! They did an excellent job resolving the ongoing issue with our kitchen drain. They took the time to identify the problem. We needed to have the line replaced due to a build-up. Once they explained the issue and we gave the OK, they promptly fixed it. Thanks again, Jacob and Chris!

In this world, we all take time to gripe...but in this case its time for PRAISE. I have a real serious problem...water leaks etc. My technician one Mr
Jake Hughey came ON TIME, and repaired the problem....plus gave me a lesson. We physically went to the problem source, discussed his fix, and explained what caused the problem in the first place. Actually gave me a lesson in ""Water leaks""... There was, naturally, a charge for the work and parts, but the LESSONS WERE FREE! This young man is a credit to the younger generation and a credit to his company. Could not be more pleased.
I recommend White and Jake 1000 percent! Good people!

Horrible company. Called them for a backed up drain. They stated they couldn't give me any type of estimate at all over the phone and it would cost $59 just for them to show up. Had them come out and the estimate they gave just to run an auger down the main line to clear a clog was almost $400, a great deal higher than any other company I've ever used. That was the lowest of three estimates. I was not impressed. This company is only interested in conning you out of a service charge for showing up.

I had been looking for a plumber to work on a mobile home for two weeks. I had a MAJOR leak under the tub. It had already ruined my bathroom floor (tiles coming up, floor warping, floor cracking open under sink). Brandon gave me hope and said ""ya, we can fix that. Let me run to store to get the piece needed"" (first trip - 33 min later, he returns. Mind you, it's leaking 24/7, even with main water valve closed. I told him their wasn't a shut off valve for tub alone. So he went to turn water on to see exactly where it leaked. Couldn't fit under trailer because he was too big. Had to wait on thin guy to get here to help him. They start trying to work on it together. Turns out it's wrong piece. They found another in truck, tried it, no go. So second man leaves and first man goes back to store (2nd trip - 33 min). Another no go. Informs me that the piece I need is actually part of the faucet package, so price is much more expensive. Which I understand. So he says he could plug up the piece I needed and it would shut off leak. I said ok. Away to the store he goes to get plug (third trip-33 min). Again, WRONG piece! Back to store (fourth trip-33 min). Plugs leak. Says it will still be price he quoted ($275). ""Why"" I ask. ""Because it took so long."" Ok, he had to wait on co-worker and he got wrong parts four times - approx. 2 hours wasted. Tells me he's going to turn on main valve (under trailer, remember?). He left pretty quick, I turned on kitchen faucet, no water! $$^*#@×__&^!!! I thought, ""wait a minute, he couldn't fit under trailer..."" of course, it's off so I go under and turn on. I was furious and never should have paid him!!!!

They caused thousands of dollars in flood damage because their tech forgot to reconnect a pipe, and now they refuse to fix their mistake. avoid these guys at all cost.

Chris was very professional and helped us determine the problem was at the city sewer main. He explained the problem to the City Sewer Department so they would be able to remedy the problem. He was able to locate the clean-out in our yard and cleared it so we can keep it where we know where it is. I would recommend White Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

The work was done in Springfield, MO. I don't know why it says San Francisco?

I had a leak under my home and water heater. They came right away and had it fixed the same day. I believe that they went far beyond fixing the pipe bc they had to remove wet insulation and crawl under my home and it was basically a lake under there. Very fine people!
