Eric was the only plumber I could get in an emergency. He is very personable. He opened the ceiling in my laundry room and traced the leak to an upstairs toilet, replacing it with a lesser model. I'm now having to replace that one with a similar quality and size that I previously had. For replacing the toilet and identifying the leak he charged an excessive $1700. In addition, he works hand in hand with a restoration company, Dry Time. A rep from their company was at my house even before Eric left. I found this company to be high pressure fear mongers encouraging me to file an insurance claim.

DO NOT EXPECT QUALITY WORK! This company's plumber Eric came by to do some work on my home's toilets and showers, but when he finished he claimed one of our toilets was working improperly and tried to sell us an $800 toilet/labor! That toilet still functions properly 3 months later. We also noticed the water pressure had dropped significantly after he left so I thought maybe it would just take a little time to recover, but it's still horrendous. He then LIED and claimed my wife told him it had been a problem for a while, which was definitely not true because everything in the plumbing that required sufficient water pressure, sprinklers, jets in the shower, faucets, etc. worked completely fine prior to his visit. I'll give him 2 stars because he did actually fix our leaks, but that's it. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I called Eric because of a problem with my bathtub's drain. He showed up quickly and tried his best to solve the problem in the simplest and quickest way. When that did not work, he explained clearly what he needed to do to solve the problem, which involved cutting a hole in the ceiling in the kitchen beneath the bathroom and replacing a few pipes and couplings. He worked efficiently and as cleanly as possible. After he left, I took a shower, then found a small amount of water had poured onto my kitchen stove. I called Eric again and, again, he showed up quickly. He determined that the leak was due to a separate problem: the lack of caulking around the tub's faucet. So, he caulked it at no additional charge. Throughout, he was very pleasant. A couple of weeks later, I wrote him an email message with some questions I had about the work he had done on my bathtub. He called me promptly and answered all my questions fully.

I can never say enough about Eric Sakrisson, he has both longevity and integrity. I have been a long time contractor in Vancouver, WA and have personally dealt with multiple contractors, tradespeople, handypeople, etc etc. Eric is very different in more ways than I can explain. Not only does he know inside and out all aspects of residential and commercial plumbing, he is licensed, insured, bonded, and at journeyman level. We have used him for our 1st bathroom remodel and hot water heater replacement. He will be back to do our second bathroom and full house repipe.
