On or about 7/29/2015 Rowell Management Company (Management Company for Weatherfield Condo was notified that my sink (s/a 1104 Westover Lane, Unit 1C, Schaumburg Il) was draining slow and backing up.

Rowell assigned the work to White Knight Rescue and Repair of Schaumburg, IL. Work order is 12077.

As of 8/3/2015 the work has not been completed.

Called my home warranty company about a pump cycling in my basement on and off and my basement flooding and they sent this company to my house, the ""plumbers"" came in and shook the pipes and unplugged and plugged in the pump several times, never once removing the cover to the sump or anything else. I was told that my ejector pump was bad and need to be replaced and it would be around 700 $ and as long as i didn't use the basement bathroom it would not flood again and they would call with a quote, so they left with a 100$ service call fee. I waited a week for for a quote and no one called, I walked down into my basement to find it flooded again and called White Knight Rescue Plumbing and after several call with either no answer or some promising to get back to me with only excuses about why they didn't call me back they said sorry about you flooded basement and ruined drywall but because our ""plumbers"" didn't do any actual work it not out problem regardless of what they told you about it flooding. So I chose to try and fix it myself and it turns out the pump was just fine and not a 700$ fix but a 30$ float switch. So now I am out 100$ service call 100$ for rental equipment to dry the basement 40$ for the switch, two days of vacation time and who know how much in damaged drywall and baseboard.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
