Called them at 11 am... and one of their team was able to come out at 2 pm today (very lucky!)... fixed in 1.25 hours... did a great replacement with some out-of-the-box engineering of the feed pipe so that if there is a ""next time,"" replacing the ext. hose bib will be a quick and easy job.

When you haven't had hot water for 2 days, anyone who can help becomes a hero. But White Knight is over the top heroic. They were short-staffed when I called and booked way up. They squeezed me in between calls because ""this lady needs water"". Literally, Chris was thinking about my family and busted rear to get out and help me. He was great about explaining things I can do to deal with things on my own. How can you not support a business like that? I'm still so impressed! Thanks so much.

Would give greater than 5, but not enough stars. Yes, White Knight Plumbing is excellent. They provided an estimate and the final bull was in line with the estimate. I had a whole house filter system installed and Kevin did a great job installing it. He was friendly, kept his mask on when we were around, explained everything he was going to do and then did it. He ensured everything was working and there were no leaks. He also went above board and explained some facts about our tankless water heater, which was not told us by the builder of the house when we purchased the house, thereby saving us a possible expensive repair.

Yes I would recommend this company. They do excellent work.

They came to check on a plumbing issue I was having, spent about an hour troubleshooting the issue and turns out, I didn't need a part replaced or repaired. They didn't charge me for the inspection and trouble shooting, though I would've gladly paid for their time. There's a reason they have such a high rating and positive feedback, they exemplify the definition of integrity and professionalism!

We moved to Olympia in December of 2019. We've had White Knight out three times since (it's now June of 2020) and been pleased each time. They've replaced two 20 year old hot water heaters (one electric, one propane, don't ask), a toilet, and the spigots for the clothes washer in the laundry room. All tasks accomplished quickly by knowledgeable and pleasant plumbers. They didn't even charge extra when we followed them around asking a million questions!

Recently we had them install a whole house filtration system to fix the hard water from the community well. Chris took time to discuss this in detail with us beforehand and the installers worked extra hard to keep one outdoor spigot outside of the system. We had one other bid for this work and the White Knight price was 25% lower.

We would recommend this company for any kind of residential service. I only qualify that because we have no direct experience with them in a commercial context, but I'm sure they'd do fine there as well.

The pilot light on my gas water heater would not light. My husband had tried several times to start it with no success. White Knight came, and it started for the repairman without any problem. He could find nothing wrong with the water heater lighting apparatus. They did not charge us even though they had put in the time to come to the house. Wow! I will definitely call them again when I have a problem. Thanks, White Knight.

We had a leak for several months, white knight came out, thought they fixed it, paid them , they left. 3 days later pipe is still leaking, they came right back out when I called, thought it was fixed, week later still leaking, I called they came right back out, within a half hour, ended up having to cut a small hole in the wall, but fixed it with in a half hour. The 2 guys who came out, were determined to fix it, great guys who got the job done in no time. You never know with older plumbing what can go wrong, but they did a thorough job, and Stood behind their work. Thank youWhite Knight
