I called White Knight again because my first experience with them was so great. This time I needed my hot water heater replaced. I had several phone conversations with Chris, the owner, regarding energy ratings of different models and various other questions. He took time to answer my questions fully. Jay and Joe came and did the work within a couple days of my initial call. They were courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable about hot water heaters. I asked several questions about the operation and maintenance of the heater, and they were very responsive to all my inquiries. Very nice guys! The quote Chris gave me was reasonable, and the final bill was as quoted. So glad I found White Knight!

It was clear from my initial phone call with these guys that they were not even remotely interested in coming out to give me a quote. They actually discouraged me from doing the job, which entailed plumbing out my garage. Turns out the plumber who did come out was able to do the job in two hours. Easy. But White Knight was discouraging and disdainful from the beginning. They didn't even want to be bothered.

This Company is NO JOKE! HONEST! SUPER FAST! SUPER FRIENDLY!
My tenants called me at 1am stating the tubs were filling up with sewage. I was upset since the septic was just pumped 2 yrs ago. I called at 7:30 am and they called me back IMMEDIETLY. Made an appointment for 2 hours later. Showed up on time. The tenants failed to tell me there was ever an issue until it got real bad. The baffles were PLUGGED solid of baby wipes and food debris- Then he had to remove a toilet and what did we find. A MAKE UP BRUSH! A LARGE ONE! He replaced the wax rings, cleaned all the mess and the estimate was DEAD on! I cant thank you enough because I sold the home and tenant is moving out and home inspection is in 2 days! They even called to verify that I was pleased with their service! 5 Star service! Thanks so Much guys! Really!

Look at these guys getting 5 stars from everybody. It says a lot for the business. Let's go...showed up on time, called ahead if running late, friendly, work completed to time quoted, and able to take an extra unscheduled job on the fly with no worries.

I just wanted to add to the glowing reviews here with my own! Friendly on the phone, friendly in person. Straightforward and honest with me in all ways. Quickly diagnosed problem and gave quote. Work was finished in under an hour (as originally told it would) and the final price was about $30 under quote, so I'm happy. Answered various questions about the issue, and got good, understandable answers. Hopefully I don't have any future plumbing issues, but if I do, it'll be White Knight. Thanks, guys!

Chris came over right away when I called on Friday evening at 4pm.
He checked the situation (debris in water pipes, leaking under the sink) and explained what needed to be done clearly. When I asked him just to do one part (due to money concerns) he got right to work. By the end of a solid 2 hours he had done everything that needed to be fixed (blowing out all the lines, replacing the sink basket, making sure the pipes ran down rather than uphill) and then he made sure that the dishwasher was also functional .
He did all the work because he said he couldn't just leave it undone and dripping. He is just that kind of guy-- I could tell right away that quality work is essential to him. He also didn't charge for all of his extra work. It is refreshing to have the job done right and explained clearly after lots of other folks that we have had work on our house have not done that.
He runs a quality business and I definitely recommend White Knight Plumbing.

Back when i lived in Olympia i had frozen/blown pipes, and when everyone else wouldn't come out Chris from White Knight came out in horrible weather and fixed me up.

These people really know their stuff and went above and beyond. So much so that when i made this yelp account i tried to think back on who all gave me the best service ever and i remembered these people. This was a few years back i live in California now.... but White Knight i never forgot how you saved the day!!!!
