We had to get the wax rings replaced by a licensed bonded company. Even though we already knew how to do this, we are selling our house and the buyers requested it. Knowing it costs less than $15 to replace. Unfortunately this company charged $180 for something that costs $15. Pretty crazy the mark up. In their defense, they were probably the cheapest plumber we had called for quotes, so it's not just them that does the crazy mark up, and they had excellent customer service. I'm not sure I would recommend due to the sloppy caulking job the guy did on the toilet. I'm not sure how you get caulk up by the toilet seat, but then again I'm not a plumber.

I had a hose bib that wan't working. They came out, took a look, and fixed the problem in 5 minutes. The best part was that they didn't charge me a dime to take care of the problem. These guys are professional and HONEST. I will definitely call them again if I need plumbing work done.

These guys are great! They gave me a very reasonable estimate compared to other estimates I got. Because of that, I was worried that they might not do quality work. But I read all the other Yelp reviews about their great work, so I took a leap of faith. I also spoke to the owner, who was very honest and straightforward. I needn't have worried at all. They did great work! They showed up promptly, were very courteous, had all the necessary tools ready, and cleaned up completely when they were done. One of our problems was a drip causing damage to our ceiling. Jay put down a tarp to catch the sheet-rock pieces, and cleaned it all up when he was done. He promptly discovered it was a leak in the fire sprinklers, which they couldn't fix, but he also put my mind at ease by ensuring we didn't have an additional leak in the nearby shower drain. They answered all of my questions thoroughly and very nicely. They installed two toilets promptly, and took the old ones with them, saving us a trip to the dump. Very good work! I plan to have them back soon for another project.

I had a toilet fixed because of a leak. The leak was fixed within an hour and during the payment process I was told the toilet should probably be replaced. I called to make an appointment for the replacement install and told Chris my story. He immediately asked if he could call me back so he could contact the plumber who worked on my house and get a better idea of what happened. When he called me back he offered me a partial refund on the work down the day before and offered to halve the cost of install with me because the need for a new toilet wasn't noticed before fixing it. I was absolutely shocked! Great customer service!

I had a busted water main somewhere between the street and my house. They came out the same day I called and wrote me a quote. My two other bids took a couple of days just to schedule an estimate. The other two bids were $1000 to $2000 more than White Knight and used exotic techniques to plumb the line.

White Knight showed up on time, got the job done quickly and on budget. What more can you ask for?

They found nothing wrong and didn't charge me anything because there wasn't anything to fix. Being far away and unable to look into the issue myself, I truly appreciate their honesty and integrity! I called White Knight again because my first experience with them was so great. This time I needed my hot water heater replaced. I had several phone conversations with Chris, the owner, regarding energy ratings of different models and various other questions. He took time to answer my questions fully. Jay and Joe came and did the work within a couple days of my initial call. They were courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable about hot water heaters. I asked several questions about the operation and maintenance of the heater, and they were very responsive to all my inquiries. Very nice guys! The quote Chris gave me was reasonable, and the final bill was as quoted. So glad I found White Knight!
