The pilot light on my gas water heater would not light. My husband had tried several times to start it with no success. White Knight came, and it started for the repairman without any problem. He could find nothing wrong with the water heater lighting apparatus. They did not charge us even though they had put in the time to come to the house. Wow! We had a leak for several months, white knight came out, thought they fixed it, paid them , they left. 3 days later pipe is still leaking, they came right back out when I called, thought it was fixed, week later still leaking, I called they came right back out, within a half hour, ended up having to cut a small hole in the wall, but fixed it with in a half hour. The 2 guys who came out, were determined to fix it, great guys who got the job done in no time. Thank you for a great job and great service! Jay and another guy installed a toilet for us. Their installation was professional and they unclogged an old piece of porcelain that was slowing my drain. Really happy with their service. The woman who took our order may have underbid the project but White Knight stuck with their quote. That fits their motto of ""honesty and integrity"". I will definitely use them again!
