White Knight came here shortly after I called them, gave me a reasonable estimate for the services requested, did quality work, and stuck to their estimate despite a couple of hick-ups (mine not theirs) on the way. Adam was highly professional and clearly skilled. This is now my go-to plumber.

Chris answered the buziness phone after 6:00 pm late last week and was able to schdule on Monday. We needed to replacean exterior hose bib. He had a few opwnjngs for Friday, but Monday worked best. The appointment timw was around 9:00 and Hans was right on time.
He had to cut a hole in my Daughter's closet tocut the hole in. Hans used a level as a straight edge and cut a nice square hole for the sheet rock to secure back. He was efficient and did a great job. He installed the new bib and tested for leaks. I also had a leak near the meter. He put black plastic down on the lawn to protect the grass. He found that the leak was on the town side of the meter and called the the Olympia PUD. This was a great experience overall. I will use them agsin if I need another plumbing repair.

I would not recommend this company. Despite asking a few times the technician would not give me a quote before starting the work, on both occasions they came out to my house. Just talked down to me and told me the work wasn't a big deal so it'll be fine. Really regret calling them back out but was in a crunch, the 2nd time was worse than the 1st. The same technician came back but this time also made a very inappropriate comment to me when I asked for additional details about pricing for service options. When I confronted him at the end of the service he laughed and said ""sorry you got offended' instead of acknowledging his comment was out of line. Ultimately I found him unprofessional on multiple fronts. So far (it's been a week) the work itself seems to be okay but there are better options - call Olympic Plumbing Technology.

We have used this company for several years now for issues ranging from septic to clogged drains. The first time we used them they came out in the middle of the night in pouring rain to fix a septic issue. We will never use anyone else! Honest and upfront about what really needs fixing. And very fair on pricing. They have become our go to plumbing guys for the entire family - all five houses! We are very fortunate to have them as our plumbers.

White Knight was our second opinion on a few very straightforward issues we were having (Clogged Sink Drain + Leaky Dishwasher). I never tell our second opinion that I've had another company out because I want to get a real picture of how they evaluate things and what they think the underlying issues are.

Chris and his team were excellent! Chris was helpful working with me and my tenant on scheduling, direct billing, and communication while trying to fit us in and take care of us was constant and appropriate.

in the end our tech took care of all of our issues during the visit for 1/5 of the outrageous estimate we got from another plumbing company that was claiming to need to come back for another visit (for a sink clog, really).

I now have a plumber who I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will continue to use moving forward as long as they keep answering my calls.

We thought we had broken a pipe under the house during the recent freezing weather. After calling several plumbers and getting no response from most, my neighbor recommended I call White Knight, as she had very good service from them several times for her two houses. Amazingly they responded immediately and dispatched a crew within two hours! When they arrived, they checked under my house, and actually found the problem was a hose leaking in my backyard in the snow. I had one I had forgotten to disconnect. They were so nice, and they didn't even charge me since it only took a few minutes and were in my area anyway! You can bet that the next time I or anyone I know needs a plumber, White Knight Plumbing will be the one we call! Thank you for your excellent service, honesty and integrity! You guys are amazing!

Had an outdoor faucet and a leaky upstairs bathroom sink pipe & handle problem. Both were fixed for around same price as 2 others for just the outdoor faucet
