Was having issues with our ac system...Called White Glove Plumbing Heating & Air...Owner Richard Cunningham was very responsive and had a tech (Nick) at my house within 2 hours....Nick figured out the problem within 10 minutes ....it was a wiring issue ....he could have told me a laundry list of things that were worn out...but he didn't ...he even said I didn't need a Freon charge....that's the type of honesty that is hard to find these days....he did a great job and was very professional....5 Stars all around....I won't use anybody else for my HVAC or ok moving for that matter! HIGHLY recommend this company!

My AC was short cycling. Nick showed up early, diagnosed the issue (the previous company had overcharged the system with freon) and had me up in running very quickly. Great communication and customer service. Showed me what he was doing and even explained a couple small things I could do to help the system run better in the future. All for a very, very reasonable price. I highly recommend them and plan to sign up for a service contract.

I requested a quote based on the good reviews and they responded promptly and set up a time right away without having to call. The technician, Nick, showed up early and gave me a call to let me know if I was available and I appreciate that! He did a thorough inspection of our two HVAC units and made recommendations. He was very pleasant and helpful, not trying to sell me anything that I didn't need and made good recommendations. We set up a follow-up appointment while he was here to get what I wanted done and they sent me the quote so there won't be any surprises. Would highly recommend!

About two weeks ago my upstairs A/C stopped working. I tried a well advertised company for same day service. They were unable to make it without making it an emergency call. I used Yelp and found White Gloves. The good news is they had availability. The better news is the service. Nick and Justine were at my house and fixed my upstairs unit in a very timely manner. Both Nick and Justine were very professionally and honest. If I used the other service it would have cost me 2x as much. Great group of people.

When it rains, it pours. My downstairs A/C stopped working on Thursday, hours before we were heading out of town. I called White Gloves and requested Nick and Justin. They both were available and were at my house in 30 mins. They fixed my thermostat for a very reasonable price and my A/C was up and running in no time at all. I normally do not write reviews, but I would be doing a disservice to Nick, Justin, and White Gloves if I didn't. If you don't call them it's now on you.
