Ben was fantastic! My boiler needed the pressure relieve valve and expansion tank to be replaced. He gave me a very fair estimate and was honest about his availability. Ben showed up on time and was very professional. He had his mask on all the time (COVID19), a towel for the floor to walk in the house, and even had slip on shoes to get to the work area. He was focused on getting the job done and was finished in about and hour. We conversed a bit after he finished the job. Ben took the time to educate me on how my whole boiler system works. Great experience. I will not hesitate to give him a call if I need another job and would recommend him to friends and family.

I called and spoke with Ben and scheduled a time and date for him to come to my house. He never showed up, didn't call at all. When I phoned him hours later he said that he ""got busy and forgot"". Not reliable, not responsible, not professional!

If you have a complex plumbing problem like a leak that needs to be diagnosed and fixed, this is the company to call. My local plumber is apparently only good for routine jobs, he could not properly diagnose a leak coming from an upstairs bathroom into the kitchen below. Ben is like ""Dr. House"" in that he can comprehend a confusing problem that others are baffled by (and fix it).
