White Glove sent their technician out to meet with me and go over my requirements. We began with me providing him with a written description of the job to be done, what i would supply and what i needed them to supply. I also made clear i would need a copy of their license and insurance, their payment schedule, their change order policy, and I requested three local references. I was told that they would be able to start the job on this coming Thursday. I then heard nothing from the technician or the company for several days. I called the office on Tuesday to get some follow up and got no response or call back. I called again today, Wednesday, and was told they would be here tomorrow. In a flurry of communications, i received notice my project was cancelled, and White Glove would not respond to any of my requests. I was in effect, i was told """"trust me if you want the job done . I am not unfamiliar with the contracting business and this behavior is unthinkable.
