I just had another bad service from the business owner. Tried to contact Paul regarding about my service. He can try to be nice on the Yelp replies but when we were on the phone, it sounded like you did not want to solve the problems at all or come up with a solution. As a manager or business owner, you should deescalate the problem and not escalate it.

It is common sense that a business owner should always listen to the customer. However, Paul did not do that. He left me a message stating he wanted to hear from me to see what happened. But when I called him back he did not listen to what I wanted and needed to say. The whole phone call was useless and he made me feel that it was my fault and did not come up with a solution. Yes, the way he spoke to me and the things he said to me made me very unhappy and angry. How can you argue with the customer that had a witness hearing what you said or what you didn't say?

Paul didn't seem like he wanted to solve anything. When I explained my main problem, you NEVER gave us the price over the phone and his employee quoting me $175 the 1st time and changing it to $225 2nd time. What Paul had to say was ""I wasn't there"". Instead of saying that you should've said ""I am sorry that my employee is giving you wrong information, I will make sure to train my employees better. What can I do to resolve this issue?"" That is what A GOOD BUSINESS OWNER WOULD DO. Perhaps you need some training for yourself.

My fiance was there with me on our initial phone call. We both did not hear Paul say He would wave the $49 service fee or provide us any information on how much it would cost. I had to call him back because he hung up on me after saying that he would put me on hold. I assumed he put me on hold because he was handling other phone calls at the time. Perhaps Paul gave the pricing information to a different person and thought he was speaking to me and thought our conversation was over. he did say that there would be a $179 fee IF the plumbers have to cut open the walls to locate the water leakage.

I am a genuine person so yes I tip your employee because they did their job. even though the bill was expensive, I didn't need to be rude or cheap to your employees. Your employees have better manners than you.

If I didn't have a coupon code and the unknown ""mystery $49 fee"" that you were waving, then yes The total cost was close to be $400.

Good luck with your business with that kind of mentality and attitude. Some things you said was not even relevant to the problems I had. you shouldn't have said those nasty things to a customer and to a female. It makes you very unprofessional when someone is paying you for the service. I recommend you purchase these books ""The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People"" By Stephen R. Covey or ""Think and Grow Rich"" by Napoleon Hill with the money you got from me and hopefully this will help you to become a better business owner.

After failed plumbing service with another plumber (I won't mention name), I was referred by my friend to google Whistle Plumbing and look for Paul. Paul was very informative and made good suggestions. I did some research on yelp and decide to go with Whistle even though a different company quoted me a much lower price. Whistle's yelp reviews seemed way more legitimate. Tom was the plumber that showed up for the job. He was also informative and even suggested a DIY to save me some money. However since I'm novice and don't want to drag the issue on any longer, I decide to have Tom perform the fix. He was able fix my leak efficiently and offer me the same quoted price even though additional work was required due to bad previous contractors when our condo was built. The only thing I wish was done too was into the detail. My overflow plate has been adjusted so all my old caulking was still there so after the job was completed it looked ugly. However I was able to buy a simple tool and cleaned it all up. I would recommend Whistle for plumbing needs.

Paul to the rescue! He was prompt with his response time, and was able to schedule us the same day. He had the proper parts on him and was able to get us hot water after an hour instead of having to order parts from the manufacturer and waiting all weekend for it to arrive. He has wonderful customer service and will most certainly be our go to plumber from now on. He also fixed my mother in law's sink a few weeks ago, which is how I heard about him, and she was also very pleased with his service. Thank you so much Paul!

I had a great experience with Paul, Eric and Tanui today. I scheduled an appointment with Paul to replace my garbage disposal earlier this week. Paul, the owner, called me personally and recommended that I don't immediately replace disposal and that they might be able to save some money by fixing it first. Eric and Tanui came out on a saturday morning, unclogged garbage disposal and got it going, but gave me their opinion that the plates were worn down and that I would see it continuing to clog. They gave me some options and prices, and wound up replacing it after all (all in the same day, including finding the exact brand I wanted). They cleaned up after themselves, communicated clearly with me about options and timelines and were professional and personable. They even showed me how to trouble shoot any issues I have in future and accepted credit cards (and gave me a price about 40% less than I had been quoted by others). Thanks Eric and Tanui!

-1 star: Jim, super nice and cool, didn't bring all his equipment upstairs and had to make several trips to his vehicle, and unfortunately, had to saw off our bathtub handle since it was frozen stuck and could not get access to the cartridge (so glad we did not attempt the You Tube DIY). No longer simple fix. Total time: ~ 3hrs
Jim did not have a replacement but instructed us to a hardware store (hint: initials are Huge and Dumb), which did not sell handle but the whole shower/handle kit which was not needed, instead they directed us to a universal handle, we bought and replaced but was ""cheaply made"" and felt like it would break after multiple uses, also did not cover the entire unit as needed (see pic).

5 star: I emailed Paul and sent picture explaining what we did. He called right away, explained lots of things, and came over the next day with the right handle and replaced it. Total time: less than 10 min!!

Called them on Sat morning. Paul was kind enough to swing by within an hour and assess my water heater. I had him change the thermocouple and everything so far the hot water has been good. I recommend Paul for his kindness, quick response and most importantly his honesty of not trying to upsell as soon as they're in.

these guys are fantastic. I called them yesterday morning with a water heater that wasn't working. Paul and Jim came out within 2 hours and diagnosed a rusted tank. Jim and crew just finished installing the new heater today. (If I hadn't had to go to a work meeting, they could have done it same day.) They were very friendly, good at explaining what was going on, and efficient. I will call them again.

My heater broke this morning and I called whistle plumbing and was able to talk to tom. I told him about my heater and he set me up for 12-1pm appointment. I took off work early so I can be home to meet with him. I got home at 11:45am and waited till 1:30pm. No show and no call from tom. So I decided to call him. Got a hold of him and he then told me that they had to be somewhere else and they'll try to come by around 3pm. I don't know how good they are in fixing and installing heaters but this kind of customers service deserves a 1 star rating. So if you need plumbing services and it's kind of an emergency, you might wanna call someone else.

Tom is my hero. I dropped my cap off of my tacha bottle into the toilet while it was flushing. Great !! Of course it's Sunday morning and my husband is furious. Tom was called and came to our house within minutes. He tried to get it out and yeah he did. I was crying and so happy he got it. He was wonderful. I couldn't of thanked him enough. Good plummer, I will never forget you TOM!!!!!
