Having to find a plumbing was new for me and I was afraid that I would be asking the wrong questions. I connected with Whistle Plumbing and it was the best thing that could have happened to me. They came out immediately to check out the situation and made a very fair assessment and price quote. They scheduled the very next day and they arrived on time, and completed the work successfully. I am thrilled to not have a leaky pipe again under my kitchen sink; not to mention empying pans full of water every day for a month. Paul Gutierrez, CEO was honest, clear in his explanation and a great guy. He also has a great sense of humor that kept me laughing and reduced my stress. Long overdue review but still very necessary to post! I had an emergency and the owner of the company, Paul answered my call. I was frantic and it was after business hours and still managed to answer my call. Well, long story short Paul came out ASAP to assist in my emergency with a smile yet very professional and delivered excellent customer service!!! I had called Whistle last year for a small plumbing issue ....they arrived on time, explained the issue and fixed it without further issue. Recently my water heater was making very loud knocking noises so I called Paul and he was able to fit me in the next day. He thoroughly explained the issue, provided me with options and gave me a quote that was a fair price. I decided to have the water heater replaced and it was installed the following week. The installation was hassle free.....arrived within the time window, got the job done in a reasonable amount of time and cleaned up completely. I'm really pleased with the service and the outcome. Plus I'm glad I now have a reliable plumber.

Not impressed. Paul came to our house to help with our water heater. It was unfixable so he quoted us $3400 to replace it. My husband did research and found a Bradford White water heater for $1500. We had Paul install it, and he did seem to charge us for more time than he actually worked and then charged us an additional 30 minutes for disposal which he hadn't mentioned to my husband at all ahead of time. He made some snide comments about the brand we bought instead of the one he suggested, and then as he left he said, ""congratulations on your new 'Crapford White'"". Very unprofessional. Plus he provides no warranty for his work. Hoping the work holds up. Will not use again.

Professional, friendly, and fast service. Left a message regarding rates. They called me back right away, answered all my questions and gave me an estimate. I told them my schedule and they were able to work with me to book an appointment.

During the day of my appointment they were polite and very efficient. I had other questions regarding different services which they answered and went above and beyond to give great customer service. Would definitely use them again.

I was really pleased with this company. My hot water went out and we were unable to get the pilot on. Of course 4th of july weekend eveyone is closed but they sent someone within the hour and the kind man even put on my new showerhead! Would definitely call them again if i had any issues! Would recoomend!

Paul came out to Richmond to help me with a pressure problem and leaking garbage disposal, but I got so much more. First of all, he gave us a 1 hour window, which you never get these days from other service industries like Comcast or other services that five you a 4- 6 hour window that they still miss. Paul arrived right in the middle of his estimated time and immediately began asking questions about our problems to narrow down the issues. Once he began working he made sure to share the details of our problems which alerted us to many more issues we might consider, like hard water and quick on-going things we can do to prevent future plumbing issues. Paul was also very prepared, and had all of the tools he needed to get the job done. I've had many other services pause work to go on a materials run before. All in all, they deserve the 5... my fixed sink has brought a whole new world to cooking and cleaning back to our family since his visit this morning.

These guys are great. I was notified of a problem in my vacation home, and these guys met me at the house, gave me a good estimate, worked with my HOA to get an approval, and worked quickly & efficiently to fix the problem so I could get back to work. They diagnosed the problem correctly, handled all the permits, and showed up on time-or early!- for every step. They cleaned up afterwards, and invoiced for the exact amount they first quoted. What's not to adore?
