Since 1936, Whisler Plumbing & Heating has proudly provided exceptional mechanical piping, plumbing, and heating solutions to Massillon and nearby areas. We now offer 24/7 emergency services, including HVAC, furnace, air conditioning, and refrigeration solutions.

Since our inception by Homer Whisler, we have remained a vital part of the Massillon and Canton communities for close to 80 years.

Brian Scherer has held the position of Service Manager at Whisler Plumbing & Heating since June 2013. Brian began his career in plumbing and heating on a part-time basis in 1978, moving to full-time in 1979. Most of his experience operating a service truck focused on residential and light commercial service and repairs.

After nearly three decades in the field, he moved into management, initially overseeing commercial and industrial HVAC for a major mechanical contractor in Middleburg Heights, Ohio. Brian handled as much as $1.2 million in yearly maintenance contract revenue and supervised over twenty technicians, in addition to generating project and time-and-materials revenues. Brian identified an excellent opportunity with Whisler Plumbing & Heating and was excited to reconnect with his plumbing and heating foundation.
