My technician, Jeff Shuff, installed my new toilet 10/30/2024. I have issues with my flood. I was able to get that repaired. Mr. Shuff can back in completed the work and I am happy with the result. The quality of his work is extraordinary, I had a problem with my toilet after the flood was repaired. Mr. Shuff was able to correct this problem. The value of the job for reasonable. Mr. Shuff is professional, courteous and knowledgeable.
I would give him 10 stars instead of five. It is hard to find professional who know His trade. I will continue using Whipple Services Champions for my plumbing and electrical needs. Thanks!

I've lived here for 8 years and have had 3 other well known plumbers in my house...which were all trying to sell me something I didn't want or need.
I called Whipple for a water heater flush and they came right out...and it was way less expensive than the previous plumbers. They are courteous, professional and know what they're doing. Whipple also has HVAC and Electrical service...how great is that to deal with company for three different professional! And best of all...they have a membership plan that is inexpensive and covers all services...plumbing, electrical and HVAC. Whipple is the way to go!!

Sergio Varela did an outstanding job for us today servicing our air conditioning unit. He was very knowledgeable and thorough and we are very happy with the work that was completed. He went above and beyond and will not hesitate to call Whipple again in the future!

Devon was very friendly & knowledgeable .Would not recommend this company. They charged us just under $3,000 .

I called Whipple out after my air conditioner went out when it was 109 in July. They were out the next day. Tech called ahead. Friendly and professional. I decided to sign up for the maintenance program after that.
I got an email saying I needed to schedule my free plumbing check up and electrical check up.
Benjamin (Plumber) and Irving (electrician) came today went through my entire house. Came back with recommendations of urgent items to be taken care of , items that can wait awhile. No pressure . They had everything broken down and went over it with me. They kept me informed the entire time if items I had them fix. They gave me peace of mind. I would highly recommend Whipple one stop shop .

If I could give zero this company would get that! I called for service for hot water issues and made an appointment. The day I was scheduled nobody showed up so I called again and asked to be told they would put an emergency order in. The guys showed up at 7:30-8 pm. He just did what I did trouble shooting. Nothing else was done and he said he would have to replace the control unit. He stated it would be $525 and he would have to drain the tank and it would take an hour. I said so you are charging me $525/ hr? He stated yes! Well your company is a disgrace to Veterans and any human ripping them off of their hard earn money! Thank God for great companies like Crystal Clear Plumbing whom came and replaced the unit for 1/2 the price and did not have to drain the tank and only took about 30-45 mins with fully servicing the unit! I highly would not ever recommend this company and will spread the word!
