So happy I called Whest Koast. I had a new slide-in gas range delivered, but the gas pipe I needed to connect it to was too high and stuck way too far out to be able to complete installation. I needed someone who knew what they were doing to move the line down a bit. I called Charlie, and he had Joe and his apprentice out to my house the next morning. They were professional, efficient, and very kind. I would definitely call them again!

They came out within an hour on a Saturday. Excellent service, great knowledge. They even painted a stubbed out gas line to more closely match the garage wall. Their premium service certainly comes at a cost, over $250/hr, however I feel like most plumbing jobs need to be expertly done. We have been burned by a handyman who we hired because all the plumbers were too busy back in late 2020. I would have paid a few hundred more for that job to have been done right.

I am thrilled with Whest Koast Plumbing!
I called this morning, and Charlie was able to send out Joe R., and his apprentice, Michael M. this afternoon.
They were on time, professional friendly, communicative, considerate, and put on booties to protect my flooring.
They came fully prepared to fix my leaky kitchen sink, and replace the faulty faucet.
They also repaired my ""hammering"" toilet, which is a relief! Now quiet and working perfectly!
Joe explained everything, including pricing, and kept me apprised of the time. They finished the bathroom and kitchen within an hour.
Then, in only 45 minutes, they opened up my 2 outdoor drains, that another company previously could not do.
Now I'm ready for rain!
I am amazed and delighted!!!
I will definitely call Whest Koast Plumbing again, if needed, and request Joe because he is awesome!

These guys are amazing, fast, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I would say they have great business ethics and customer service. Some place want to overcharge and upsell on services. Not here. You get exactly what they promise and only what you need. I highly recommend them for your service and/or emergency plumbing needs. Joe was kind and astute. He stated he had been in the industry for 11 years. He also gave some pro tips for this novice in general maintenance to prevent future clogs.

Can't say enough good things about this company. I called the main number last night and my call was answered right away. I was put on the schedule for 9am this morning and Joe and his apprentice Michael came out right on time. They put booties over their shoes right away without being asked and were very pleasant and professional the whole time. Joe explained the cost up front, which matched what I was told over the phone previously (and was competative with other companies I'd inquired with). They swapped out a bathroom sink faucet and cleaned up so nicely after themselves. Then they lowered the gas line behind my oven so that the gas connection fit in the recess of the back of the oven, allowing the oven to be pushed all the way up against the wall. They also patched the dry wall that they cut in order to move the gas line, vacuumed up the debris, and were done with both projects in under two hours. They worked meticulously but very quickly and answered all my questions along the way. After getting the run around with two other plumbing companies, I was very happy with this experience and will definitley call them out for my next repairs/upgrades.

Quick shout out to Charles and Kevin at Whest Koast Plumbing. My wife and I detected a leak at the base of the valve go to the hose to our ice maker yesterday (Saturday). I thought I could fix it, however my wife, being the smart one, pushed me to find a plumber. I contacted Whest Koast and spoke with Charles. After a little schedule juggling on his part, he said he could have someone at our house around 3 or 4PM. Kevin showed up at 3PM and was ready to go. His quick inspection determined that the valve and threading on the pipe were miss matched. A bigger repair then I could have handled. Kevin got right to work, replaced the wrong piping, installed a new valve, and cleaned up the drywall mess by the leak. 1 hour 15 minutes later, job done. Price was right where I estimated and being a Saturday call out, it was well worth it. Whest Koast were quick to respond and took care of our issue. Would I use them again, YES!

Charlie's team of plumbers are amazing professional and the best of the best. Friday morning started with my hot water heater overflowing and I put in a call thinking I would get an answering machine and Charlie himself answered at 6:30 AM. He added me to the days schedule and his team showed up that afternoon to assess the situation. Upon coming on site they realized that the existing tank has been installed Incorrectly (illegal by previous homeowner) - They immediately dispatched someone to get the correct equipment and bring things up to code. His crew work late into Friday to get hot water reestablished.

I am so impressed and I will always use Charlie and Whest Coast plumbing in the future!

Needed help installing a toilet. Arrived later than the time quoted with no call as to late arrival. Yes, they installed the toilet but at an outrageous price that is beyond comprehension over $280 per hour. Called the owner to see if there was a mistake in the billing and he did nothing but defend his overpriced labor rate. My suggestion if you want to get financially fleeced call this company otherwise shop around for a plumber with financial integrity. Never again!

Needed a leaking push/pull valve under the kitchen sink replaced with a standard valve - we had both hot/cold valves replaced as suspected the other probably would have issues in the near future. Wheat Koast plumbing was responsive, knowledgeable, did good work, and we paid a reasonable price that matched their estimate.
