I was happily surprised, after trying at least 12 other Yelp plumbers, to get a live person answering and actually able to send someone out to fix my clogged kitchen sink within an hour. Joe arrived on time, mask in place, already knew my issues and was ready to start work. He unclogged me, got my dishwasher cleared also, and cleaned everything up in less than and hour! Felt like Superman swooped in to rescue me!

Excellent service and Fantastic price!! I like supporting small business and would recommend WHEST KOAST PLUMBING any day of the week. They came out same day. They are honest, transparent and kept us updated during the repair. We had a main water line break, someone had reported gushing water in the street to the city and the city turned off our water. We had no idea where to start, our prior contractor had recommended Whest Koast Plumbing. I spoke with Charlie (the owner) he came out himself with a crew member, Joe I think, and fixed the damage a tree root had caused to the main water pipe. We hadn't had water to the house for several days so needless to say we were ""Over the Moon"" happy to have this repaired with full confidence they did the job right! On a side note we had a leaky toilet and they took a look at that too. AWESOME service from a full service Plumbing company... Highly recommend for any plumbing needs!

Today was the first time I had called any plumber here in Rocklin. Whest Koast got me on the schedule same day and sent a very informed and capable plumber who fixed a complex problem quickly. Hopefully we never have another need, but if we do we are calling Whest Koast again!

I called for a sewage backup that was in my front yard by the city sidewalk. Charlie recommend me to call Placer water and see if they would take care of the issue. Placer did take care of it and I want to thank Charlie for his honesty and I will recommend him to anybody that has future plumbing needs.

Had a main supply line leak at the street just past the county valve/meter. They were able to come out after finishing another job and take care of the problem. Very professional and work looked good. Now just time will tell on the results!!

We want to give a recommendation for Whest Koast Plumbing . Two years ago we had a leak in our wall that was difficult to find and fix. Charley and Kevin were able to find it and fix it with out tearing up our floor. Then , now we called them to install a new stainless steel sink, faucet and garage disposal. Our old porcelain sink was an under mount under our granite. Another difficult job to do. Again, We were very happy how they were able to get the job done.

Can't say enough about these guys. We had a clogged main drain line, and I went with another company that had an $87 line clearing special to take care of it. Their technician spent an hour then informed me that the line couldn't be snaked and would require $650 hydro-jetting. In an effort to find someone who could do hydro-jetting quicker or cheaper, I called Charlie at Whest Koast. Charlie told me there's a problem with scammers trying to up-sell unnecessary services and that for my situation hydro-jetting wouldn't do anything. The other company would then use that fact to try to get me to agree to a more expensive fix. Charlie sent out a technician in under an hour with an agreement that if he couldn't snake the line I wouldn't have to pay a thing. Long story short, Whest Koast snaked it in minutes, got the line completely cleared, and saved me from spending hundreds if not thousands more with that other company. The only thing I care about as much as quality of work is integrity of the people I'm doing business with, and I can say I'll undoubtedly use Whest Koast every time I need plumbing work done from here on out.

Kevin came on time and was very respectful of my property. He had shoe covers on before I could even ask. Charlie also gave a heads up call 15 minutes before. Fixed the pinhole leak in the pipes. Very reasonable, great service and very professional. Highly recommend.

It was a great experience with Whest Koast Plumbing. They showed up right when they said they would, promptly fixed the problem that another Plummer said they couldn't fix and gave tips on how to manage moving forward. Would highly recommend!!
