Great service and very knowledgeable. Had a hot water re-circulation pump put in and I LOVE IT. One of the best purchases I have made. Friendly and polite during the install with reasonable pricing. Took time to explain how it all work which I always appreciate. Had a bit of a glitch on install due to a weak shower catridge valve that was part of the original plumbing on the house. Charlie stayed on top of troubleshooting it and took care of it and the problems all inside the cost of the original quote.

Fantastic Service will recommend to all my friends and family. Nice to finally find a local private owner company that cares about its customers.

Water heater started leaking badly on a Sunday afternoon and I could see that where the water came from was a sure sign that it was beyond repair. Owner Charles responded promptly, assessed the situation and gave a very reasonable estimate, and we decided that the replacement could commence first thing Monday morning. Charles and assistant arrived on-time and completed the job in a couple of hours. He was friendly, courteous, and was truly concerned with providing a good service AND a quality product. Over the years I've stayed away from the big companies and gravitated towards smaller, locally owned businesses operated by CRAFTSMEN. Charles is definitely a craftsman who takes his work personally. Whest Koast is now my go-to plumbing company.

Thank you Charles Hopkins and your crew. We had a major leak in our pipes in the slab of our home. Charley's company has a leak finder device and with his experience they were able to detect the leak before opening any walls or ripping up floors and then pin point the leak, open the walls and fix it. We were extremely pleased and are happy his company was the one we used to solve our difficult underground pipe leak.

I strongly recommend Whest Koast Plumbing. I recently moved into a used home and needed to install 2 new toilets, a new faucet in the kitchen with an air gap and soap dispenser, move the kitchen faucet to the laundry room sink, and install a Grundfos water recirculation system (I was having to wait over 2 minutes to get hot water in the kitchen). I called Charlie for an estimate appointment and he made arrangements to come over the very next day. He provided a detailed written estimate w/in 24 hours. His price was not the lowest or highest of the 6 plumbers estimates I received, but his discussion of the project was the most detailed and through. While evaluating the job for the estimate Charlie inspected the water heater and suggested I install a new one based on the age of the existing water heater (13+ years old). If I did, he would adjust the price of the labor for the water recirculation system install. Charlie recommended a Bradford White RG250T6N water heater and his installation price included the flex lines, expansion tank, drip lag, gas valve, and safety pan. Charlie called the day before installation to confirm the appointment and then called the morning of to advise me of what time he would arrive. Charlie, Kevin, and David worked at my home for nearly 8 hours. They were neat, quiet and very attentive to detail while they worked. They installed everything as promised and made sure I was happy with each component of the project before moving on to the next. The invoice at the end of the job was actually slightly less than originally quoted. Charlie called the next day to see if anything had leaked overnight and he prepared and delivered the permit paperwork in a timely fashion.

Top Notch Plumbing company!! Had a guy out(Kevin) within an hour and he was able to fix my problem same day. Installed Bath trap and fixed water lines behind my shower stall. Reasonably priced and very professional. Highly recommend them. Kevin should get employee of the month!!
