At the end of the day on Friday four trucks showed up to help them finish up since the city of Wheeling made them put the air conditioner 11 ft. off the ground but they got it up there. Would definitely recommend.

Sarah H.I have never been as disrespected by a business owner AND employee as I was with Wheeling Heating & Cooling. I reached out to the owner after being treated very poorly by Dean Taylor. Dean called me stupid for wanting to update the outdated, ill working heat and air system that is currently in the home. When I contacted Dan he said he would ""try to figure out the story"" When he called me back he raised his voice stating ""IT'S SO ANNOYING WHEN CUSTOMERS CALL ME FOR HELP!!"" I wish I could leave less than one star.
Patricia S.If I could rate less than 1 star I would give them at least a -50. Very high pressure sales. No at all supportive of warranty claims or Goodman furnaces. Equally terrible at communicating with customers and providing services in a timely manner. Would not recommend this company to install a furnace in a dog house!!!
