Contracted What Plumbing to rough in pressure and drain (a large job) for a full kitchen remodel in my 95-year-old historic home. We discussed all aspects of the job before hand so that we understood each other and managed expectations of potential risk for scope creep (common when tackling very old plumbing). Risk was realized on the drain side beyond the bathroom that involved additional work in the crawlspace under the house. These guys handled all the work with skill and grace. The entire bill to include the unplanned work was very fair. I recommend What Plumbing for challenging remodels.

We recently had a 6 year old water heater break unexpectedly (one of the internal heating elements popped). We called Parker and Sons initially and they tried to rip us off so I went on Yelp and requested a few quotes. What Plumbing responded quickly and was professional but they were not really forthcoming with a quote. The water heater broke on the Saturday before Memorial Day and What Plumbing said they couldn't come out to my house until Monday to give a quote. Over text, they provided a general range but didn't give any details as far as what brand of water heater would be installed. I wanted to make sure it wasn't a crappy brand or that they weren't just going to go to Home Depot and pick one up. Plus, if we waited until Monday and we didn't like their quote, it would have only delayed the process. We wound up going with a different company.

I began my search for a company that would perform same-day service at a fair price. Trevor reached out to me, asked for a few pictures, and provided a quote for a full replacement. The price was very reasonable compared to quotes I received from other companies. I was able to schedule service in the afternoon on the same day. Dillon and Trevor arrived promptly, explained the work they were going to perform, and recommended the addition of a water heater expansion tank.
