Rick was great ! Drove from Los Angeles to Redlands to make sure that we had hot water. I was happy that he took the time and drove 4 hours on a rainy day to help my family.
When he got here he was quick to fix the issue and stayed until I was informed of the work he did, and made sure I was satisfied.

Wham started off like they were going to fix it and they did not! They are horrible. They give you a six hour window and show up 2 hours after that...8:00pm is when they came and did NOTHING! It's a SCAM company- they tell you if you write a positive review - you don't have to pay. You give them a good review and then they don't come back to fix the problem. DON""T USE them. They are unprofessional to say the least.

Never showed. Water heater went out, warranty company suggested them to use an an out of network contractor because orig company was going to be a few days and all others that can service in our area are a week plus out unless it is a water leak emergency.
The warranty company cancelled the orig and switched ALL work order info to Wham as they said they would come today and have it fixed.
They never showed and stopped replying to my messages.

I lost my original appt time that was initially 2 days out and now earliest any plumber can come out is next week.
Absolutely ruined my week and who knows when I will have hot water.

I can't suggest doing business with this company. They lack BBB accreditation, and our experience was frustrating. We were referred to them by American Home Shield to fix our faucet. Initially, they came but failed to resolve the problem. Afterward, they no showed to two scheduled appointment windows, only appearing on the third attempt. On the third visit they submitted a false report to AHS. Each time we called, it went straight to voicemail, and when they did answer, it was always someone from dispatch claiming to be a third party, saying they didn't directly work for the company. Oddly enough, I was dialing the number listed on their website, which was confusing. In the end, the issue remained unresolved. I strongly advise against doing business with them.

AVOID WHAM! Scammers. Initially, they came on time, very nice technician, did inspection, and claimed a part needed replacement, tried to repair it with no luck, and promised to return the same day with a replacement--which he didn't. The following day, the company called, asserting the replacement wasn't covered by insurance but offered it for free in exchange for a 5-star review. Our home warranty confirmed the part was approved for repair or replacement. When we refused to give the 5 star review before the job was completed, contact with them became impossible, it seemed like they were screening calls. Through our warranty, who contacted them, another technician was sent, claimed the same issue, that we needed a new part and promised to also return the same day, but never did, instead, Wham falsely reported the problem as fixed to American Home Shield. We provided home video evidence to our warranty company, showing footage of the plumber acknowledging the part needed to be replace and that the job wasn't done. This ordeal with Wham went on for three weeks with lies, no resolution, three no-shows, and hard to get a hold of them. Once our warranty saw the video, they sent a different company, who completed the job in three days, installed the new part, and didn't ask for a review--but still we gave them one, 5 stars, they earned it.

Bottom line: AVOID Wham Plumbing at all costs.

This company is terrible. We had plumbing problems and contacted our warranty company (AHS) and was assigned Wham plumbing for leaking bath tub and toilet. The guy who came out looked at the toilet issue and said he had to go and pick up parts but never returned and didn't even fix the bath tub. We later found out that the guy told the warranty company that the floor was uneven. Our floor is on planks - how could it be uneven. He said that because he didn't want to work on the toilet.

Then a lady called from that company saying that if I was to give them a 5 star with the AHS warranty company, they would upgrade the bath tub equipment. I did it but they did not do what they said plus it took 5 days for someone to come out. I would not recommend this company at all. I wonder how many other customers they tricked into asking for a 5 star and then they would upgrade the job. Not good at all. Too bad I couldn't give them a -10 for everything.
