American Home Warranty had this plumber get my service request for a leaking shower handle. Unfortunately, they reported there was nothing wrong even though we sent a video multiple times. My tenant reports that the plumber didn't even look at the right shower and didn't want to be bothered to fix anything. I asked for a second opinion because this company is terrible.

And added in response to the owner:
- no one contacted me to ask me about the shower repair. I would love to see the report because the thermal check tech told me a valve needed to be replaced but that he didn't actually work in the plumbing company. After calling AHS, multiple times they said a valve would have been covered but there was no mechanical issues on the report.

I was going through my home warranty for an emergency. Wham Plumbing was contracted out to do the job. Plumber came out to make his initial probe. This was 1130am. Since the service request was an emergency the expectation was to send his report to the authorization department asap to get the work approved, which my warranty company called Wham Plumbing several times to do. Next day arrives and Wham Plumbing still did not submit their findings. Home was without water during this time due to tenant shutting off the emergency value to prevent further leaking.

I tried to reach out to the company on numerous attempts to no avail. This is bad customer service and I did my research. They have bad review for the most part everywhere. I would not recommend this company for an emergency. The mindset should be customer service and treat all jobs the same small or big. Hopefully they will get better.

I wish I could leave zero stars. Rheem recommended this company, and I was told labor cost were covered by rheem. As soon as they got there, they tried to charge for labor even though labor was covered. Rheem did explain that we would have to cover any other extra cost like parts which was understood. Then the plumber let us know that we had to install our own straps, and the plumber let us know that he would take lunch and come back with help to install the water heater. Neither the plumber nor his helper ever came to install the water heater. No courtesy call or text to let us know that he was coming back. I also tried calling the company numbers, but no one answered. I also sent the plumber a text and called him multiple times and no answer. They left a half done job, and ghosted us. If Rheem ever sends you to them, just ask for another company or do it yourself.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with any service company. The home warranty company (Select Home Warranty) hired them, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. Communication was abysmal--they didn't answer phone calls or respond to messages. After waiting several days unable to use the water, they finally said they'd arrive between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Not only did they never show up, but they also didn't bother to call or update me. When I finally got through to the business owner, he ended the call by saying, ""fuck you"" and ""fuck off."" Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. Stay far away from this company. As I told the owner there is no wonder why they have so many one star reviews.

I hired Rheem for a warranty repair, and Wham technician was sent to my home. He was here for less than five minutes, during which time the issue with my water heater was not resolved. Rheem had sent the replacement part in advance, but upon inspection, it appears nothing was replaced, leaving me to question whether the part was actually installed or simply taken. The problem with my water heater persists, and I feel as though I've been scammed. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing, as this is a brand new water heater. I expect better service, especially when dealing with warranty repairs.

*UPDATE*
Boiler was fixed they found the real issue and provided the part. Much easier fix than it seemed. Rick did a great job.

There was a bit of a manufacturing issue with my particular water heater but Rick made sure I knew how to handle my side of the warranty to get it taken care of.
