Do not use this company. They were referenced by Rheem warranty and came out and looked at the heater pin hole leak and said the unit needed to be replaced and I would have to pay for labor which i already knew from speaking to rheem and agreed. 4 days later I called them for an update and inform them the leak got worst and I had to completely shutdown water to my home. They said they would put in an urgent request. Then after a week and a half I called again and they said to provide pictures and then a few hours later stated i had refused service when the plumber came and then told me can find someone else to do the job which is a complete lie. They left my family without water for over nearly two weeks . I called Rheeem to report the unethical business practice and also the BBB. Do not use them.

Would not recommend this company to anyone . Horrible customer service , no follow up , no shows for appts after waiting all day ! We have been without hot water for 10 days and finally hired our own plumber to repair our hot water heater that is under Rheem warranty . Rhreem was just as bad at helping us !

This company is very bad. I thought about giving them 0 stars. But I am unable. Also they did not commit any felony crimes or murder. So maybe 1 star is ok.

Rheem uses them for warranty repair. Rheem mailed me the incorrect parts. These bad plumbers installed the incorrect parts. Rheem mailed the correct parts. These guys keep saying they are on the way then they don't show up. Then the messaged me and said ,""we are busy. Have someone else do it."" Very poor customer service. Very bad communication.

We have been without hot water for over two weeks because of wham plumbing. Our brand new water heater broke while still under warranty and wham was assigned to us to fix it. The came, diagnosed, then ghosted. I have begged them to fix it! Come to find out they never ordered the part, so I ordered the part. After the part had been here 5 days, they FINALLY got us on their schedule with a window of between 10:00am -4:00pm the next day. I was very excited!!! They did NOT show up so I reached out at 3:30 to get the eta with no response. I reached out at 3:58 by text and a phone call to let them know I still want them to come even if they will be later than the window. Ghosted again! Over two weeks our family of five is without hot water and all they have said is feel free to get re-assigned. Do NOT waste your time with these people. They are terrible and untrustworthy.

They were assigned to me by my insurance company. I have been waiting since April for a new toilet. They say the part has not come in. After bugging my insurance company repeatedly Wham! plumbing finally says the part came in and showed up at my house to install. The technician pretended to ring the doorbell, and I have a video of him doing it however, he indicated that I was not home. My doorbell allows you to leave a message and he didn't. It also sends a notification to my phone when you ring the bell. It rings into the bedroom upstairs as well. I can even answer my door from my phone.
I'm confused why he would come to the house, pretend to ring the doorbell, and not just fix or replace the toilet. I have since been assigned a new company by my insurance company who is doing a great job, but we had to start from the very beginning with the diagnostics.

Wham Plumbing came out in May 2024 under a Home Warranty Insurance repair to replace a hose bib faucet and repair 2 faucets. The plumber replaced the hose bib faucet, looked at the faucet that was loose on the counter top and said it was stripped underneath and could not tightened. For the third faucet he said it does not need repaired but leaked in the off position. I then received word from the Home Warranty Insurance the plumber declared nothing was wrong with the 2 faucets. Another plumber was dispatched who fixed both faucets in 10 minutes. The loose faucet was NOT stripped and he retightened it down to the counter top, the dripping faucet Moen cartridge was replaced on the spot. This is terrible company that lies.

the worst service ever they never call u back and they came over was suppose to get the part and come back and they never did they just billed my warrenty company ii requested them on April 26 they showed and never finished the work it happened to me and it can happen to you they are not professional plummers
