I wish I could leave zero stars. Rheem recommended this company, and I was told labor cost were covered by rheem. As soon as they got there, they tried to charge for labor even though labor was covered. Rheem did explain that we would have to cover any other extra cost like parts which was understood. Then the plumber let us know that we had to install our own straps, and the plumber let us know that he would take lunch and come back with help to install the water heater. Neither the plumber nor his helper ever came to install the water heater. No courtesy call or text to let us know that he was coming back. I also tried calling the company numbers, but no one answered. I also sent the plumber a text and called him multiple times and no answer. They left a half done job, and ghosted us. If Rheem ever sends you to them, just ask for another company or do it yourself.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with any service company. The home warranty company (Select Home Warranty) hired them, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. Communication was abysmal--they didn't answer phone calls or respond to messages. After waiting several days unable to use the water, they finally said they'd arrive between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Not only did they never show up, but they also didn't bother to call or update me. When I finally got through to the business owner, he ended the call by saying, ""fuck you"" and ""fuck off."" Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. Stay far away from this company. As I told the owner there is no wonder why they have so many one star reviews.

I needed to have a water heater replaced. Nice guy named Rick arrived and replaced my old heater with a new within less than an hour. He was professional and friendly. If I ever have any other plumbing issues, I will definitely choose this company.

I hired Rheem for a warranty repair, and Wham technician was sent to my home. He was here for less than five minutes, during which time the issue with my water heater was not resolved. Rheem had sent the replacement part in advance, but upon inspection, it appears nothing was replaced, leaving me to question whether the part was actually installed or simply taken. The problem with my water heater persists, and I feel as though I've been scammed. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing, as this is a brand new water heater. I expect better service, especially when dealing with warranty repairs.
*UPDATE*
Boiler was fixed they found the real issue and provided the part. Much easier fix than it seemed. Rick did a great job.

Had Rick out to help with a water heater issue and he did an amazing job communicating what the issue was and what the next steps would be. He's very knowledgeable! There was a bit of a manufacturing issue with my particular water heater but Rick made sure I knew how to handle my side of the warranty to get it taken care of. Super awesome guy, kept real the entire time, and was very helpful. Thank you again Rick.

Great company they communicated very well with Text and very knowledgeable of their job. Ask for Rick . He's the man he really knows his job.

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible, Terrible !!!!
This Company was the worst Plumbing company that I have ever seen in my life. The young man they sent to us needed to learn more to do. He had to call the Wham Manager to ask him about all kinds of things to do. The young man then told me that the Manager he was talking to on the phone would be coming over to my house by the afternoon to fix my faucet problems and the young man left my house quickly and left everything not finished, as you can see in my pictures. Well, the manager from Wham Plumbing never showed up at my house, EVER ! So our kitchen faucet was not working for a few days until my insurance company, Select Home Warranty sent out a new plumbing company called
"" Daniel's Plumbing Services "". Ollie Daniel Johnson the plumber from Daniels Plumbing Services, was so nice and outstanding. Ollie fixed everything nicely. DO NOT USE WHAM PLUMBING, EVER ! EVER ! EVER !

My tankless water heater went out the other day. I called my home warranty and wham plumbing came out. The technician was able to repair it so I didn't need to buy a new one. Thank you!!!

Service claim was placed through Select Home Warranty.
Issue: Clogged Bathroom Drain.
Summary: Wham technician was not honest and transparent during the visit. The prognosis that the technician provided to me, the homeowner, was totally different than the prognosis he provided to Select Home Warranty. As a result, the claim was denied, and I had to pay out of pocket to have the repairs cnducted. Th8s was in addition to the $60.00 deductible paid to Wham Plumbing.
My attempts to communicate with Wham to correct the issue were avoided & neglected.
Events:
1. SHW assigned my claim to Wham Plumbing.
2. Wham accepted the claim.
3. A Wham technician arrived at my home at approximately 2pm to inspect.
4. The technician indicated that he would and could snake the drain, but would have to return to his shop to get a longer, 100ft, snake instead of the 75ft snake he had in his possession.
5. He stated he would call and let me know what time he'd return.
6. He collected the $60.00 deductible and left.
7. He never returned and did not call.
8. I later received an email notice from Select Home Warranty stating the technician reported he could not fix the drain because the snake out was not the right size, contradicting what he told me on site (bait & switch).
9. Select Home Warranty denied the claim because of the false report by the technician.
10. The case/claim is closed. I am out of $60.00 and the additional cost to get the drain fixed.
11. Two faults/failures:
- Wham failed to be honest.
- Select Home Warranty failed to advocate and stand up for their customer.
