Whaley Plumbing was recommended to us by a friend who has used them for over 20 years and couldn't say enough positives about their quality of work and customer service. From the first phone conversation to having them inside my house for the installation of a new kitchen faucet...they were excellent! Quoted me a fair price, the two brothers arrived on time and couldn't have been more wonderful to have in my home...which is not usually what you say about a stranger/work technician. They answered so many of my questions while they worked and even our very protective dog liked them. A few of our neighbors have since used their services and couldn't say enough about how great they are in every area.

I have been using the Whaley's for about 30 years, two homes, and three rental properties. I have recommended them to many friends. They always do the job right the first time. Their pricing is reasonable, especially if you consider the quality of the work. I have never had to every repair the same problem a second time, even 30 years later. My only concern: what do I do when they retire?

I am very surprised by the reviewer who said they didn't follow up; there must be more to the story. Our calls are always returned promptly. I highly recommend the Whaley Brothers.

i found the whaley bros plumbing company to be completely unprofessional. they came to my home to look at a potential job, said they would get back with me, and then never returned a phone call...even when i left a message to them to ask them to at least let me know if they did not want to do my job. their response to my calls was totally and completely unprofessional and i would not recommend anyone consider doing any busines with them. i have never dealt with any company as unprofessional!
