Dreadful 'company' clearly set up to rip off vulnerable people. Came and charged my elderly relatives £450 to fix a blocked sink. left an hour later with a mess everywhere, sink drain still blocked, lied about the extent of their diagnosis but still took the money. Then had the gall to call back an hour later to say they'd come back to do the job for ANOTHER £500.

Now not responding to any messages or pleas for a reciept. I don't know how these people live with themselves. Utter heartless b*st*rds.

The dispatcher was very rude. She had a horrible attitude. If that's how they treat customers, then I'm not interested.

I gave it 1 star because I couldn't give it any less. Unprofessional . No manners. Some fat mute expected us to pay $650 for a $45 part. Called company to make complaint they hung up on me 5 times. Do urselves a favor don't Ever ever ever call this piece of sh*t company . They know exactly what they're doing and that's robbing us . Guess what You didn't get me . So FK YOU

DO NOT USE! HORRID! SCARY!

Our boiler was having a problem and the technician they sent to my house this morning refused to tell me first what was wrong with it BEFORE I agreed to pay him $350. He said it was such a simple fix that if he told me, I would just fix it myself, he didn't even need a part. I told my husband this via phone and he said it sounded suspicious and not to agree. Real companies give written estimates and at least tell you the problem beforehand so you can make an informed decision. Not this one!

When I said I wanted a written estimate, the technician became irate and then I said no, I don't authorize him to fix it. He yelled at me about how the boiler season was only a few months and how was he supposed to make money, and that the ""Guatemalans"" have taken all his business and I was to give him his service fee of $85 and I said I would give him a check and then he yelled at me ""No, goodbye"" and stormed out of my house. Then he sat in front of my house in his white minivan for over an hour. My husband told the company's dispatcher he was about to call the police when the technician finally left. I was fine to give him a check, but he left and I wasn't going outside to his car after he was so nasty and yelling at me.

Meanwhile, I set my house alarm and called my husband who called the company for his license number and turns out he is not licensed, but works under someone else's. (Which we've tried to get the number of, but unsuccessfully!) Go figure.

What a nightmare experience. We now have Heat, Inc. on the way. A real company. Written estimates and all.

NOT A REAL PLUMBER JUST AN ANSWERING SERVICE!!!!
Terrible tech, RUDE and stank of smoke. Would only tell us what was wrong after we agreed to his exorbitant price $350. When we told him no he became argumentative came close to calling the police to get him to leave. Found out what the problem was and it would have taken him 10 min to fix not paying $350 for his ""experience""

Do yourself a favor and get a real licensed plumber!!!!

Follow Up: I've been trying to call to get the license number, and have been hung up on by their rude office help every time.

THERE IS NO REASON ANYONE SHOULD EVER USE THIS SERVICE WITH SO MANY LEGITIMATE PLUMBERS OUT THERE!!!
