Warren was great when providing an estimate. Jim was great when installing and supervising. Jim was again great when opening my system and addressing any issues I had. Yearly opening/servicing/closing contract is very affordable and IMO well worth it.

Waited for an appointment for three weeks to get someone to come shutdown the sprinkler system for the winter. Since I have an a job, I was told I would get a phone call when the driver was on the way, so that I could meet him there. I never got a call until he was at my house, then was told he wasn't going to wait for me(12 minute drive!) and I had to reschedule. Said I would rush there and got there in 8 minutes. When I got home They were gone( even though it was in the 2 hour window THEY provided, and haven't rescheduled anything. Horrible customer support

This company should be ashamed of itself! Came out for a service call (with a technician of 20+ years) and within 5 minutes was told ""not a sprinkler issue but a well water issue."" Well service company came out - said we can fix it but sprinkler technician should have 100% been able to fix this- you've been ripped off."" So after two weeks of calls and an office manager who refused to take phone calls AND being told by another employee we would get a refund, I was suddenly told the technician was getting paid for their time and diagnosis to the ""best of their ability ""even though it was something they should have been able to address and fix. Was denied our promised refund. After all this year has brought- you'd think honest businesses would treat people better after waiting 4 weeks for an appointment that lasted 5 minutes. Disappointed.
