Horrible business ethic. Very pleasant when you first call and then NO response after that. Guy came out, said he'd be back in touch the next day. After 4 more days of calling and waiting we found someone else who was timely and GREAT service.

Felix came to replace a washing machine valve and failed to put the drain back on resulting in a flooded laundry. He tried to deny that he took the drain off, at least somebody in the background on the phone offered a sincere apology for the oversight.

They swore at my husband on the phone and hung up. We have paid this company $1200 in the last year and a half to repair our tankless water heater. They were just here last month. Today we just wanted to have someone come take a look at it to trouble shoot. We have a two year old son. We need hot water. So unprofessional. Don't give them your business!!
