Where to start? A+++ Incredible family business. Honest, on time, below estimate, SUPERB work. I've been looking for my ""go to guy"" insofar as plumbing is concerned for 4 years. Wetherbee's is it! Major issue in our home, main line under concrete basement floor need replaced. I never imagined the quality of work and the immediate difference it would make. Not to mention I had them out the week before for another drain issue which was also resolved quickly and at a very fair price. I could continue piling on the accolades, but instead I'll close with this; Wetherbee's is the very best service I have ever received, bar none.

During the January 4th storm we had frozen pipes that burst and started flooding our home. No one would come that night due to the bad weather. Many plumbing companies and individuals wouldn't even return my call or even answer the phone. Jim was one of the only plumbers to actually call me back. He wasn't able to get there that night, but did say he would try to get a truck to us on Friday. I received a call first thing Friday morning confirming that someone would be at our house late in the day. Pat showed up and within a short period of time had found most of the problems. They were all repaired within a reasonable time.

Thank you Jim for actually caring and helping us in our time of need. Thank you Pat for all of your hard work.

Wetherbee Installed a GE hot water heater at my home. Heat pump fan in water heater failed. I contacted GE and got replacement parts needed. Then contacted Wetherbee plumbing and heating to come and fix hot water heater and was told they will not service it. I was not trying to get them to fix it for free, but GE will only stand by warrantee if a certified technician installs parts. They also gave me no recommendations for someone that would or could help.

Quote was accurate and fast. Crew was very competent, polite, careful and resourceful in an old house tub demolition and installation of new jacuzzi bathtub. Office staff was polite and helpful. We feel like we got our money's worth.

On Monday 2/15/16 during 15 below weather I called several plumbers in the area, most did not call back, a couple did but could not get to my emergency buit Wetherbee's came through during what I'm certain had to be a difficult few days, they sent Joel and Pat to my home in Greenville and got the job done and answered all my questions, I will be happy to recommend Wetherbee's to everyone and look forward to their professionalism on future projects.

I called Wetherbee Plumbing last winter when my water heater gave out. They were prompt and reasonable with installing a new one. Last week, I had them service my central air and received the same great friendly service as before! I love that I can trust them and I'd recommend this business to amyone!

I recently called Wetherbee Plumbing and Heating to get an estimate to have my vents cleaned at my house. They showed up for the scheduled appointment to gather all of the information required to provide the estimate. The guy told me I would hear back from them in a day or two with the estimate. 3 WEEKS LATER, I had still not heard from them. I was going to go to another company, but I figured I'd give them a call since I wanted the job done and didn't want further delays. I believe it was Tammy who I spoke to. When I explained the situation to her she seemed very confused / disoriented, not professional at all. She asked me to hold so she could check on the estimate. A few minutes later, she got back on the phone and told me the cost was going to be $1,000. That seemed high to me so I questioned her about what was on the estimate and she said that since I needed some vents replaced the cost was higher than normal. I told her that the guy who came to give me the estimate to have my vents cleaned did not say anything to me about needing any vents replaced. Nor did I believe I had vents that needed replacing. I told her I would call back if I wanted to schedule the work to be done. About 5 minutes later Tammy called me back and told me she was looking at the wrong estimate and the cost was $800 and that I was right there were no vents that needed replacing. On that same call, I agreed to have the work done and asked if I could schedule it to be done. That work was supposed to happen today (May 24, 2013) and last night right before 5pm I got a call from ""Chad"" and he told me they would not be able to come tomorrow and asked if I could re-schedule for Tuesday. I explained to him that no, I didn't want to reschedule, that I wanted them to come at the agreed upon time and explained to him my whole experience with his company up until this point. He gave no reason why they couldn't come, if he had I may have been more sympathetic, but my guess is someone wanted an extended Memorial Day weekend. Chad was simply silent on the other end of the phone, so I asked him... ""So are you going to be able to be here tomorrow at the originally scheduled time or not?"" He simply answered ""No"" and offered no explanation. I then explained to him that I would be writing up a review for Yelp about my experience. He simply said ""ok"". Needless to say this SERVICE company has A LOT to learn about Customer Service. I will NEVER do business with this company again and I encourage you to look elsewhere for your Plumbing and Heating needs.
