Walk away. warranty company plumber recommended these guys. Seemed really nice but extremely disappointed with their inability to follow through, & communicate.

We had a drain pipe leak & water everywhere - under floor etc. they are shady and bc of their bad reputation- makes things a lot more difficult to get things handled properly via insurance.

Shame on the plumber for recommending people who want to make a quick buck vs. Helping the individual.

Not reliable. No communication. Misdiagnosed where leak was coming from even with moisture detection-which should have been caught considering readings should have been taken frequently and moisture was getting worse not better with the fans! One excuse after another.

I have read all of the reviews and I have had the same experience. Rob has never called me back since I asked for his quote so I could ask the insurance company what was going on. Our upstairs bathroom has been gutted since October of 2020. I finally called another restoration company and they got the job 2 weeks ago and have already started. So I would never recommend this company period. They are all excited and say oh yeah we can do this and that and when the insurance company starts asking questions all of a sudden they disappear. I am just glad we asked the insurance company to send US the checks because I could only imagine them cashing the check and not even start the job. I believe in Karma and they will get their kaemail.

If I could give 0 stars then I would! Horrible company! They were eager to start work and once everything was completely demolished they stopped working for months saying they were busy with other projects. My house is still gutted. Not only that, but they cashed a check for a project that never even began. Absolutely horrible, do not hire them!

Terrible company. After 4 months of promises to fix things the same week, nothing really happened and everything looked the same and was still gutted. False promises, overpriced, and cut corners. As you can tell by all the reviews posted, you do not want these people working on your house. Very eager to start a project but no motivation to finish it once they started getting money coming in. Also kept our deposit for another project even though the job never got done.

HORRIBLE service! Rob has been promising us a proposal for our insurance company for 6 weeks now. We have been calling or emailing every day for the last week and a half with no luck. The first few times he promised he would send it when he got back in the office, but still never sent it day after day. Now he refused to call us back or return our texts/emails. I have called the main office multiple times and still no one will return my calls. DO NOT try and work with them if you ever want your project to even begin! I have never experienced such horrible service! They did the dry out work and then just left us with our bathroom completely torn apart, walls open to the hallway and garage, no toilet and no shower! They left a huge mess! I would give ZERO stars if possible.

I will never do business with these people. They are very unprofessional. We had some plumbers in to fix a water leak and called WetDry to come and look at potential mold. Freddy and Robert showed up and said it was mold, that several of our walls in all our bedrooms look wet from a BROKEN thermal scanner. When I asked how he was able to tell anything with a broken scanner, Freddy said ""the right edge of the screen still works, and it will show up perfect on the computer."" We took him on his word and said we needed to get the insurance information from our landlord.
So, we got some information from our landlord and was asked to get a quote for service. Upon calling Freddy to get a quote, he said he would have to come and take measurements, I said OKAY! He said he would be there that night or the next morning. He NEVER showed up. I waited several days and then randomly got a quote for several thousand dollars. I replied asking how he came up with those numbers when he didn't take any measurements and he never responded. Clearly he does not want my business.
Freddy wants to charge us $3,000 just to demo the walls and treat the mold issue and then leave us with open walls for us to then hire someone to rebuild the drywall, ALL OVER THE HOUSE.
We decided to go with a completely different company, who is going to demo the walls, treat the mold, and completely rebuild the walls for us, for less that $2,500.
WETDRY RESTORATION IS COMPLETELY OVERPRICED, WILL NOT DO A COMPLETE JOB, AND IS GOING TO OVERCHARGE YOU FOR WORK THAT DOES NOT NEED TO BE DONE. I'm beyond glad that I trusted my instinct to go with another company.

STAY AWAY FROM WETDRY IF YOU VALUE YOUR HOME, PEACE OF MIND, AND DONT WANT TO COMPLETELY BE ROBBED FROM OVERPRICING.

((I should mention that have another company come in with a perfectly fine thermal scanner, there was NOT wet walls everywhere, and it was just coming up Blue because the AC was on)).
